Just starting this thread out. No workout to report. Still in pain. Still annoyed. Oh well.....

PeakFit Challenge- Cardio Strength 1= 60 Min
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 655

Chalean Extreme- Extreme Core Circuit= 12 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 82

Total calories burned= 969:cool:

Debbie- sorry to hear your still having that darn knot of muscle thing going on. I hope it goes away A.S.A.P in the meantime take care and rest. ;)

Belinda- Great workout with STS Disc 8 and Stretch Max with stability ball sounds like a great combo WTG!!!;)

Sorry I'm not around. I probably won't be for a while. My brother is critically ill in the hospital. I was spending my days going back and forth there, and now I'm sick, fever, chills, body aches, cough. I haven't worked out but once, which was Monday and it was Turbo Fire HiiT 15. I won't be even attempting a workout until I feel better...

I'll be back, just not sure when.
