Crazy question...

I know this sounds crazy, but what is the difference between running & sprinting? Is it just wider strides?
thanks.

In sprinting your turnover is much quicker...In otherwords the speed at which each foot stikes the surface is much faster than jogging or running.

Hope that makes senses.

LOL the main difference is that sprinting is harder than running.

You can't sprint for very long, either, because of it. No marathoner sprints while running a marathon. They're different moves: sprinting is wider strides and as Marietta said, your foot isn't on the ground for very long (faster turnover).
