Could someone help me make a rotation??

Hey everyone!!

I'm not very good at designing rotations, so I could use some help!!

I only have time to workout for 30-45 minutes per day. All my workouts are on DVD, so I can customize to make them shorter. I also prefer to do strength and cardio on separate days (unless it's a circuit workout).

Here's the workouts I would like to use:
CTX (all the cardio workouts)
CTX Upper Body Split
CTX Leaner Legs
Rhythmic Step
Interval Max
Cardio Kicks & Circuit Max (if they can be shortened)
Pyramid Upper Body
Pyramid Lower Body
Muscle Endurance (upper & lower done separately)
Interval Max 2
Cardio & Weights (can separate this one also)

Could someone help me make a rotation?? I don't even know where to start!!

Hi, since you only have a limited time to workout you'd definitely want to get more bang for your buck by incorporating some interval workouts. This rotation is just to get you started. You can maybe alternate each of the following every 2 weeks...

Rotation 1
-Cardio&Weights cardio only + ab2
-PUB (all or just "up")
-CTX LLA
-Rest
-CTX 10/10/10 cardio only + abs
-PUB (all or just "up")
-IM2 intervals 1-5 + abs
-PLB (as much as you can do in that time)
-Rest

Rotation 2
-CTX Step&Intervals cardio only + abs
-CTX Back, Chest and Shoulders
-CTX Power Circuit cardio only + abs
-Rest
-CTX Biceps, Triceps and CTX Kickbox cardio
-IM2 intervals 6-10
-CTX LLA
-Muscle Endurance (upper only)
-Rest
