Has anyone who has done the Couch to 5k program figured out their calorie consumption for each session?
I know it's pretty individualized, but I would love a general idea as to how many calories are being burned, especially in the beginning. I know a lot of you use the GWF
p I'm still waiting for the Amazon price drop again as I missed it last time!), and if you have numbers from that or from any other device, it would be helpful!
My cardio routine needs a boost, as my weight loss is at a plateau right now and I was considering the Cto5k program, but am nervous about not burning enough calories!
So, any input would be great from those of you who've done it! Since it's a 3 day per week program, I was going to do that on my regular step days and keep my circuit workouts on Tues & Thurs, which incorporate both cardio and weights.
I look forward to seeing what the range is!
