coremax/stretchmax

Cathe (or anyone who can answer),

I have a very busy schedule. I use about three of your strength workouts a week and about three of your cardio workouts a week. I have been trying to put one coremax workout and one stretchmax workout in a week, but only one a week is all I have time for. Is it ok to use these only once a week, will I still get some benefits from them? Any advice is much appreciated.
 
Hi Digitaljtothea! Sure you will still get benefits. Two times a week would be a little better (if this is your only form of stretching or abdominal training) but one is definitely still advantageous.

When you say that you are doing three strength and three cardio a week, are you doing the stretches and or ab work included at the end of these workouts? If so, then you are definitely getting the full core and stretch benefits by just doing one additional coremax and stretchmax per week.

Thanks for responding! I know you are very busy and it's nice of you to take time out of your day to answer questions like these. In answer to your question, when I do your strength and cardio workouts I do the whole workout, AB work and stretching included. Thanks again for responding and I hope the muscle that you pulled gets to feeling better soon!
