It's a great way, I think, to start out Pilates coz it has a basic step by step video, a 20 minute workout, and an accelerated body sculpting workout (50 mins.). I also purchased the add on videos: abs, bun and thigh, upper body and body slimming (faster pace than the other videos). Through recommendation of the VideoFitness forum, I also purchased the Pilates Mini Ball workout, which uses a 9" ball you either put between your knees or your ankles and by squeezing this as you exhale makes you breathe correctly through your core. I also use Bryan Kest's Power Yoga 6 minute Power Abs. All are great workout videos, in my opinion.
