core plan from ww

Hi,

I just lost about 15 lbs using the WW Core Plan and am now a lifetime member.

The Core Plan is a list of foods that you can eat without keeping track of anything. It's nothing more than clean eating meaning there are no processed foods on the list.

For me it is a great plan becaue it really isn't a diet to lose weight but a healthy way of eating forever.

On the core plan you have 5 points a day that you can use for whatever you like. You can also earn extra points by exercising.

While I was on the plan I didn't use either one. It took about 3 months to lose 15 lbs. I'm 45 years old so weight doesn't come off as easily as it used to.

I would recommend the Core Plan to anybody that has a desire to eat clean.

Yes, you have to join WW to get a list of the foods.

You can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want, brown rice, soy products, fat free dairy products, lean meats of any kind, eggs. No sugar, bread (even if it's whole wheat because of it's "high abuse potential").

To get a complete list you jave to join WW. They often have deals where the initiation fee is waived or reduced. You can check their website.
 
Hi. My daughter 19 is on it and doing great. So far she has lost 11 lbs of the freshman 15 plus. Her total goal is 30 so she is already a 1/3 of the way there.

The food is very good and healthy. Both my son and I are not trying to lose weight but are eating so much healthier with her on it. Lots more fruit and veggies. It is definetly a life long eating plan.
