Core Max

I just wanted to know how often everyone else uses a section from this DVD every week? I have been doing it only once a week and just using other AB routines that are already built into other workouts the rest of the time. This is pretty much all I have time for. How about the rest of you?
 
It changes all of the time for me! LOL Right now I have a goal of doing abs for 60 mins each week so I can do a Coremax segment 3x and have that goal completed if I choose too. Sometimes coremax is not done at all if I do enough abs w/in my other w/o's and sometimes I mix it up with the ab work from the other vids to get my time in!:)
 
it depends but latelty i have been at least 2x a week. i like the premixes alot so i use the tough core and balance core premix more then anything. this month i am trying to add a little more pilates at night so that would cover some of my abwork.

It changes for me too, but right now it's probably once every other week with other ab work in between. It just depends on my rotation whether or not I use these.

I alternate CM with Ab Hits and the ab work from Cathe's later workouts, so I don't use CM every week. I do all of CM once every 3-4 weeks as a core shocker.

It depends on my rotation, but I use this about 2 times per week. I usually do this on the mornings of my gym days (when I attend an evening class).
 
It depends on what rotaion I'm following but probably 2 to 3 times a week. As you mentioned, some of the workouts already have AB sections at the end, although they are not as long and difficult as CoreMax they do the job on some days. :D
