Core Max question

Should you do all three segments of coremax in one session or do just on segment per workout?

Hi, Sofia - I'm not Cathe, but I'll state that one segment per workout is plenty, and anything more than that is at best redundant (the law of diminishing returns) and at worst dangerous because you can seriously overwork the core muscles and risk back strain.

I agree. I think one segment is enough. In fact in April's rotation the days we're supposed to do Core Max Cathe only recommends one segment.
 
Interesting as I have a different opinion. I have to do at least two segments to even begin to feel it. When I do abs to the ab hits dvd I always do at least 30 minutes. Maybe that is why I don't have the flat tummy I REALLY want. Overworked?
