Hey you both are doing some of Cathe's older beginner type workouts this week!
Wed. was S&H Bi/Tri and last night was S&H Legs/Shoulders. I skipped the 30min brisk walk Wed.
Oct is our year end so busy / hectic days for the next month or so.
Kim - isn't it great when DH takes on some of the kids appts. Sometimes I think about trying to w/o in the a.m. and maybe that's why I keep my "easier" type workouts/systems in the hopes of using them to transition to a.m. What if you changed up the rotation to have a rest day every 3rd or 4th day instead of 7th day? Are you finding that you're spending more time in the evenings with the family now?
I get very resentful knowing I still have to get my w/o in but still have to spend time with DS and do things around the house. Sometimes knowing I still have to get my w/o in and that my day isn't "over" until that is done and I see DH just sitting watching t.v. I get soooo angry. I wonder if I w/o in the a.m. if that would help with my anger issues. But then I also resent going to bed by 9pm to get up at 5am so I don't know what the solution is for me.

On a happier note, Yep we found his Red Power Ranger custome at Wallyworld so he is a happy camper!
Laurie - Hope this weekends race goes really well for DD. Is the weather going to co-operate? Busy weekends always for you. Fairre is over but then the kids activities start up!
