Morning Coolers,
Well today is Veteran's Day, and since I work in a union shop they negotiated the day off so I get the day off.
So far I have Disc 23 Legs finished, and then around 10 or 11am I will head out for a short run. Otherwise the only things I have planned is getting a little housework done, and figure out meals for the rest of the week. Need to get some grocery shopping done. 
Kim, I am such a planner of what I want to do for my workouts. I think I have things planned all the way to May.
Now grant you I can change my mind on what workout I will do on that day, but if it is kickboxing I need to do kickboxing.
Have to see what Cathe comes up with for the new STS/Cardio rotation. If you do get a Jillian workout, I recommend the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. It is all cardio, and you don't need any equipment besides a mat. I think it is the best workout for the money. Congrats on the fit test improvements.
