Today was Disc 34 Chest & Back!!! Only two more to go.

Yesterday I ran Week 2 Day 1 of Gateway to 8k, and Saturday I changed my mind from BFBM to Less is More Cardio and Incredible Abs. Both of these are with Cindy Whitmarsh, and they where on Exercise TV On Demand. My calves are still sore from that workout.

I'm going to download that one from their web page, and DH said we should be able to burn that onto a DVD.

It just gets to warm in our family room, I'm so used to my cold basement.
Kim, I would be more than happy to go through Insanity with you. That would be fun to have someone else going through the torture with me. So far my schedule looks like I will be starting Feb 1 with the Fit Test.

I have actually seen results from this STS rotation, I really like the improvement in my body composition. When I did P90X I got bulky, but with this rotation I didn't. I think it was because each cycle was different, where P90X was Meso 2 for 90 days. I'm just happy that when I put on a shirt, my arms still fit the sleeves.

Sounds like the timesaver rotation is just the ticket for you to get the stress level down.

Sorry to hear about all your snow too, we actually did pretty well but the snow was very very heavy. We are suppose to start the really cold cold now. Great just before Christmas starts. But if I'm going to have to drive, I would rather have the cold.

There are only two workouts in P90X+ that I like and use. The other workouts are good, but they move to fast for me.
