Help! All you Cathe Cooks out there! 
i wanted to find out if it's okay to use a chicken marinade, if i boil/cook it...then use it as a sauce? will boiling it kill all the baddies from the raw chicken & make it ok to use as a sauce? or is this a no-no?
please advise..my chicken is currently 'sauce-less', and i'm not sure how to proceed!
