I just bought "The Healthy Family Cookbook" and really like it. I can't remember the author's name, but I'm sure if you looked it up on Amazon, you'd find it pretty quickly. It's about half nutrition advice, but it does have 150 recipes, even kid favorites like Mac 'n Cheese and fish sticks. They do include a lot of tofu in their recipes, but it's usually "hidden" in things like smoothies or enchiladas, or used to lighten up meatballs or meatloaf. One of the authors is a chef, so it's all real food, not weird, nothing processed.
