Good Morning On Hump Day Ladies !
I need the day to move slowly so I can get something done at work ! Either that or have everyone leave me alone . . .
Wendy – sorry you were all ‘alone’ yesterday for soooo looooong. I had to work and had to get going early, had a memorial service for a past co-worker. Talk about going at your happiest . . . he was on Mount Everest at about 16K feet, saw the sight he had dreamed of for most of his life, ended up with altitude sickness, fell asleep on the way down and was with his daughter. He was only 69. A true angel walking on earth who now walks with us in spirit to guide us. Anyway, then I am still slammed at work and just had more given to me. My “pile” actually fell over yesterday while I was working !

Sounds like you had a great workout and have only another day to figure out your next rotation? Great job getting through the whole Insanity workout plan. You and Jen ROCK !

The Sharks did win on Tues – better than that – they played out of their minds – like a super team rather than just a group of players out on the ice. I loved it – thanks for the well wishes – I guess it worked.
Jen – great that you got a super night’s sleep to catch up and revive after so many weeks of business. LOL about taking so long to be able to post. And did you figure out what you’ll be doing for your next rotation since you got to lounge around yesterday ?
Laura – my fur girl just acquired another huge lump on her side – large as my hand cupped around it and quite hard. So is that like the ‘knot’ you described? It actually is like the one we just had drained a month ago on her back end ? Is yours older too? Is this common for them to keep cropping up? Shall I ask you if you are a vet?

LOL ! Just wondering cuz it sounded like you take you pup in often for the same thing? Hope you had a great day in the end and the power came back on for you. I am happy that our local Costco carries Lucky jeans and I pay $40 for them – they fit me perfectly !
Roselyn – good to hear M2 is flying by for you. Are you adding weights or missing using them at all? That was my ‘issue’ which is now being resolved by a month of 4DS and/or some CTX thrown in.
Lori – good to hear you got sleep too ! Nice run the other day – I bet you are just tired from your training and the long race. I’m sure you’ll get your speed back up there, after all, you are the ‘energizer bunny’ you know.
Diana – Sorry about the bad night’s sleep for you the other night – did last night go better? I am awake with the pains in my hand again – up about 3 hours earlier than I should be !

I understand . . . Wow don’t the kids grow up quickly? High school and boy does that go fast. My DD just called yesterday to come up and help her get registered for JC to start taking courses for the nursing program. I am ecstatic – hope she will follow through this time. I really think she is going to love it. NIIIIIIIIIICCCCEEEE on the tix for Sat. Guess I can’t say good luck . . . I hope they have a great game and both teams do well. We shall see. I suppose I had better go somewhere to watch that game so I’ll be able to either cry or cheer !
Well it is about time to get moving – yesterday was supposed to be a stretch or yoga – I was home late and burnt so did nothing. Think it is Low Intensity and don’t remember the weights . . . might as well get started – I have a PT session again this AM – hope the nerves will make themselves scarce soon since my fingers are numb as I am typing this.
