Not sure what work out I'm in the mood for between kbells and a run so I might do both. Time will tell...

I went to the college y'day and picked up the text book I need for the certification course...started reading some y'day afternoon. It is suggested that you read 4 chapters before going to the first class...

No big plan of any sort for today. I should probably pick the next couple of gyms I want to visit and get my "paperwork" ready to go though. I also need to follow up with Y that I stopped by last week. I was going to do that y'day but time got away from me. :eek:

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday I managed 5 of the 7 step segments in lowmax. That's a longer dvd and I knew I would be cutting it close. My left knee has been bothering me off and on for a while now...and stepping seems to make it worse. It's not really my knee exactly, more the soft tissue around the knee.

Wendy and her Max Intvl Plyo has me thinking that would be good for this morning. Never made it to the gym yesterday due to my work schedule, but should be able to make it their today.

Wendy-thanks for the power of suggestion!:p Hope you book is interesting and not too boring. Reading usually puts me to sleep!

Lori-how did all the kids do at the store? It always cost me so much more when the kids went with me. I think you have a lot more patience than I do.:D

I'm back. My work out is done!:)

I decided to start with Insanity's Cardio Abs (17m). Then I moved on to The Kettlebell Goddess Work Out and did the full body premix plus a little extra bi n tri work since she doesn't specifically target them in the main work out (40m). I was playing the run by ear and decided that this is enough for today. Not even going to do any yoga! :eek: I am saving both of those for tmrw instead!;)

It's a pretty dreary day here today...I think I'll grab my shower, lunch and then sit w/my book and a bottomless cup of coffee for a while...

Diana:: I am not a reader either so this should be fun. :p How did MIP go? I like LowMax but some of the choreo takes up alot of space that I don't have so it's a challenge to do here. Hope your knee feels better soon!

Laura:: Major hugs to you sweetie!!!! I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I feel your pain. I've been there. Hang in there!!!!
 
Hi Ladies,

Back to report that GS BSB and Coremax segment 3 are done! I really just need to pick a rotation and follow it....leaning towards a Cathe rotation. Just winging it and not being able to depend on getting to the rec center just isn't working for me. I lost a lot strenght during tri training but really need to get back into a more balanced rotation. Perhaps Cathe's Oct rotation will work. I'll have to see if it's posted yet.

Wendy-nice w/o lady, unless of course you are trying to keep up with Lori...then you'll have to run and do yoga today too.:p I never read books....I tend to read Oxygen mag...short articles I'm interested in. I'm sure the book is full of tons of valuable information though...it will probably keep your interest.
