Thank You so much Everyone! I am so proud, honored and extremely excited to receive this award. I was notified on Thursday night and I have been humbly glowing all weekend. Thank you for supporting me over the many years. You are the reason I will be standing on that platform (with a big emotional smile on my face) in Ohio on March 5th

I might see you there. My boyfriend wants to go to the Arnold Classic because supposedly there is also a judo tournament that ususally happens that weekend and he ask me this past summer if I would want to go.
Well, I wasn't excited about the Judo part (no offense to any Judo enthusiast) but I would come to see you.

Cathe, thank you so much for your example, strength and determination. You are such an inspiration to me and--not sure if you saw my post or Dec. Shape magazine--but I was one of the success stories and I loved that they included you as one of my favorite workout partners! You rock!!!

I have been with you since 1999 and have been a fan of yours for the past 11 years.
I have owned almost every workout you have done -- even the early ones like Step N Motion 2 and earlier.
What you have achieved makes me proud to be a Cathlete now and for years to come.
