Hi Cathe! I am a little late, but congrats on your beautiful baby boy! It was so encouraging for me to read how active you remained during your entire pregnancy! My husband and I are talking about getting pregnant and I want so much to remain healthy and active!! Keep up the good work - I love your videos!! They are the only ones that actually challenge me at home!

Thanks for the sweet post. I am just now trying to get my little cutie pie to go down for a nap since I have kept him up for the last several hours(I'm trying to reverse him from sleeping days to sleeping nights). Once he is asleep I will try to get some questions answered
