I clicked the link from the Facebook page and when I got to the pre-order site (https://chrstp1.securesites.net/shop2/presale_DVD_orderform12.html) I was confused about the way the shipping charges were listed. I believe previously it was mentioned that it was best to go USPS to Canada and avoid the possibility of extra duty, etc. being added. Although the list BELOW the drop-down box shows USPS Postal Service to Canada ... $9.50, the drop-down box only has Ground Shipping (Canada). Is this the same thing? I don't want to choose the wrong option and have problems.
If you could clarify before I pre-order it would be much appreciated.
