Hi Cathe I hope you can help . In march I torn a muscle in my foot and was not able to work out for at least a month then after that i was only allowed to do no impact and weight work. I am now back at full capacity and have been for 1 month. My eating has been 80% clean and now i'm really buckling down . Prior to my injury I weighed 119 with 23% bf. Well yesterday I wanted to know the damage that was done since my injury and what i had to work with. My weight came in at 114 but my body fat was 29% . I have noticed that my clothes are tighter and i am flabber. I always thought that if a person gained weight both weight and bf would go up. Any suggestions on how to lower my bf? i'm currently doing 4-5 days of cardio and 5 days of weights and 1-2 days of yoga. Thank you so much
