I just had to say that I have been using the FIRM for 13 years and FP since Weights First came out, and I got Cathe's Intensity series on DVD almost as a lark. I avoided them for a while thinking they wouldn't be much fun, even if they were effective. Well, I was so wrong. This series is fabulous!! I can't do impact so IMAX2 and Boot camp are not in my rotation, but PUB, PLB, ME and Cardio/Weights are just what I was hoping for. Very fun, no down time and the ball work is killer. Cathe, this series is just wonderful and now I know what all the excitement was about! They are the perfect contrast to the aerobic weight training I usually do and they work great in my firm/fp rotation. Thanks!!
