Concern for a fellow Cathe fan

A friend of mine who is also a devoted Cathe fan has undergone tremendous challenges and difficulties. Her youngest child has had significant medical problems from a very young age, and these problems culminated in not one but two major organ transplants this fall within the space of about five weeks. The recovery from these procedures and second transplant has been difficult to say the least, and even this week her child has had to go back into the hospital. It is hoped that her child will be able to go home either today or tomorrow.

Knowing that Cathe's followers and participants on this forum are exceptionally warm-hearted and supportive, I would ask all of you who have taken the time to read this to place for a moment your "Sister In Cathe" and her child in your thoughts this holiday season. She has a very loving husband and family, and profound support from other friends and her church community. I admire her beyond measure, and I thank you all for reading this.

A very good friend of mine who is also a co-worker of mine last her baby on Wednesday, she was due the following day and they thought they were on the way to the hospital to have the baby. When they got there they found out the cord was around the neck twice and little Emma didn't make it. It is very sad and especially at this time of year. So, I have been doing lots of praying for her and will add your friends to them, I haven't been getting much sleep so I pray while laying there trying to fall back to sleep.
