Compound wieght training in any Cathe DVD?

I have all of your DVDs including Shock Cardio.

I wrote to you many years ago in a thread calle "Proud Apples Wink"

Your advice helped me regarding using Kickboxing for exercise. Love MMA series!

I have found that Compound wieght training also helps me lose weight

Which of your tapes or premixes would be considered more compund weights?

Her Circuit DVDs would have the most compound work like LIC, Drill Max, Cardio & Weights (on the Imax 2 DVD)... I think there is one or two workouts like this also in the Intensity Series...possibly more if you include the Time Saver DVD which I no longer own so I can't comment about what it has.

Body Max 2 might hasome premixes for compound work however I have only used the Double Upper Body premix out of all of those offered. High Step Circuit is another one. Travel fit has some, but overall it has less than the previous mentioned; however it's a fun DVD.
 
Not Cathe here, obviously - but I too love compound weight training...I seem to recall that Step, jump, and pump had some compound moves - I have been doing STS with shock cardio now for the past 3 months and it's been awhile since I've done the other Cathe workouts.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF JARI LOVE'S COMPOUND WEIGHTS

Is see that Jari Love has a lot of Compound Weight workouts. I hope Cathe can do soemthing like this in a future DVD, Ripped to the Core is very good
 
The whole thing isn't compound (at least I don't recall that it is) but the weights-only premix from Drill Max is lighter weights and a lot of compound moves.

I would like to see Cathe do this type of video also.
 
What do you mean by "compound"?
Moves like chest presses (which use not only chest, but front shoulder and triceps) are considered "compound" moves (while those just focusing on one muscle group are "isolation"). All of Cathe's weight workouts contain at least some compound moves.

If you are refering to "combination" moves, where you do, for example, a lunge and an upper-body move at the same time, as others have said, look into the circuit workouts.
