Completed Kick Max including the blasts!!

OK, so I modified some of the movements during the blast segment..I did mostly jumping jacks and jump rope..but the key thing was, I kept moving, and followed that up with the leg drills.

With the exception of the legs...(they could stand a week at Club Med)..every other part of me feels a nice sense of accomplishment that a great workout can give you!

Wow, Jerry! Congrats!

Kick Max is one of the few Cathe's that I don't have, although since I have Hardcore Extreme I've been able to do the blasts and Leg conditioning drills. Those blasts leave me breathless every time!

Good job! Now gets those legs to Club Med!!

Those blasts are something, aren't they? Try taking those blasts, with BC cardio only, and KPC high intensity drills. You just might be looking for your heart under the couch ;)

Try that combo, but instead of the KPC segment, use the Imax 3 blasts only. Go ahead.
 
Yeah! Here's a doozy...KM blast challenge, Imax 3 blasts, KM blast challenge (2nd time), HSC cardio #2, #4, #5, #2, #4, #5, and then KM kicking & punching #2 & #4. Now there's a workout!! }(

The blast series have serious heart attack potential. It is awesome though. I don't think I would ever recommend it for someone unless they were extremely "cardiovascularly fit" however. Congrats Jerry! :)
