I finally did it! Completed 6 month STS rotation! Here's the results:
1. Lost 6 of the 10 lbs that I gained during the program thanks to a cleaned up diet in Meso 3.
2. Firmer legs thanks to Plyo legs, and more power during Hiit workouts and high impact step aerobics as well. Visible quads with teardrops and nice rounded hamstrings too.
3. Greater core and upper body strength. I can do more pushups on my toes and hold planks, downward dogs, and chatarangas (crocodile push ups) longer. I'm also lifting poundages that I never thought would be possible for me (15- 30 lb dumbbells!).
4. Went from a size 12 to a 10.
I'll definitely do a 3 month rotation later on while being more careful with my diet so I can get greater results, but I'm really pleased with the results I have now.
