Complete stretch workout

I'd like to see a longer stretch workout, about 35-45 minutes, starting with a warm-up of ROM moves to get the body temperature up. Then going on to standing and floor stretches, both static and dynamic (maybe moving from one to the other, as appropriate with each muscle group). Incorporatiing some sports stretching techniques (PNF? whatever the technique is that has you flex the muscle before stretching it, like doing a hamstring stretch, but starting with pushing the heel into the floor too flex the hamstring, then doing the stretch).

Premixes for upper body only and lower body only would be great to use as an add-on after an upperbody or lowerbody resistance workout.

Energetic music, with more mellow stuff at the end.
