Competition

Hello everyone! I am a die-hard exerciser. I only have one Cathe video (Imax 3) which I bought back in June and I love it! I was so impressed with the intensity. Nothing I have ever done has been that hard.

I live in Utah and am getting ready for a beauty pageant which involves a swimsuit competition. Does anyone have any adivce on how to beef up my workouts and any dieting tips for what to do right before a competition to shed a few extra pounds/inches? I would appreciate it!

You might want to look at Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance DVD, to start. They have quite a variety of exercises for the entire body. BC also has some tough cardio segments and ME utilizes the high step and includes lots of excellent lower body moves with high reps.

For dieting, stay away from bread and pasta.
Think back to when you were in first grade art class, and to make a sticky paste (almost like glue) what was used??? Flour and water. That stuff will stick to you.
Drink lots of water and limit your salt intake (even salsa and hot sauce).
