Hi! Awhile ago you answered a rotation post of mine and mentioned a rotation schedule Cathe gave you. You gave me a thread "what changes can I expect from PS series...." Well, call me computer illiterate, I cant find it anywhere!! Could you help me out?? Possibly just type out the schedule or something?? I'm interested in what rotation you're doing, since we're both 5'1" I was wondering if maybe we'd benefit from a similar rotation. I havent done a rotation yet, I'm new to it, planning on starting Jan 1st as a matter of fact, but I'm curious as to what you're doing. Boy, can I blabber on or what?? :)

Thanks,

Stacy

Hi Stacy!!! I'm computer illiterate also, so I know how you feel!! I'm really liking my rotation although I had to change it around a little due to my classes on Wed. nights. But, it seems to be working ok for me. OK, here is Cathe's rotation for me with the PS Series:

SUN: PS CST and MIC (one or both sections, I only do one)

MON: PS BBA and SLA

TUES: Off- yoga- pilates- nothing

WED: PS CST and Step Works

THURS: PS SLA

FRI: PS BBA and Stepfit (actually she put in Urban Rebounding for me here, but I teach that on Wed nights, so I substituted with SF)

SAT: Other section of MIC(Cathe had Stepfit here, but I did MIC because I did SF the day before.)

OK, there's my rotation. Now I do yoga everymorning along with it, but that's just my personal prefrence. If you need anything else just give me a holler!!!

Thanks! I'm all set to get my workout program underway. My husband got me a stationary recumbent bike for xmas, I cant wait to use it for an alternate leg/cardio day. I also got 15 lb dumbells which I may not be able to use yet since it's been awhile since I worked out. I had been up to 12 on biceps before my workout hiatus. I also got a gift certificate to a sporting goods store which I will be using to buy myself a barbell. I've never had a barbell before so I'm pumped up. I ordered myself a few more Cathe tapes now I have all of them but 3....so here's to the great start of a new year! Keep up the good work to all of you dedicated exercisers!

Just Wait Stacy!

You are going to LOVE your barbell. Talk about being "PUMPED"! There is just something about the feel of a barbell in your hands.:D Have fun and good luck with your return to exercise. Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)
