I've done BFL and scoured the P90x site. it looks like you can get good results from both programs.
I enjoyed BFL a lot. I learned a lot about myself and how my body works. It introduced me to HIIT which is the only kind of cardio that works for me.
But.......I like the idea of using yoga and stretching and the pull ups and pushups. I know I'm going to eventually get the P90 programs but I'd like to hear more.
Has anyone tried both methods?
I would love to hear your opinion about it.
