I also posted this question in Ask Cathe, but thought maybe others might have some insight to help me decide between ordering STS Total Body or High Reps. I don't usually do a lot of weight-only workouts (usually cardio or cardio/weight circuit.) Can you compare the two in style of the workout and net physical outcome? Is one approach more likely to build muscle? What is the main goal of an STS type workout versus doing high reps? What do some of you prefer? Thanks!
