Today is a PW or a step circuit(the more checkins i type the more ive convinced myself to do a step circuit,LOL:+)

Belinda-its funny how everything works itself out,i keep forgetting that quote when a problem or situation comes into my life! Im keeping you in my prayers and i hope your DS finds him a good,decent roomate! Or you guys figure out something! Are you going to buy a new dishwasher soon? Great job on your workout yesterday.

Lori-My sister is doing good,i guess! she has always been a 'closed up' kind of person so her true feelings about the baby im not sure of? So far she is a great mother,feeding her and changing her diaper and showing affection but on the other hand,she complains all the time about being tired and not being able to handle it and making the comments like "you(refering to my mom and dad)made me keep her"...:eek:...IMO, she the youngest and well,kinda spoiled.

What kind of dressing do you use on your salads? Ive been using paul newmans and OMG i love them...the lighten up kind! My favorite is the lite honey mustard:9

Cheryl-How did the press conference go yesterday? Your job is so exciting,your always traveling and meeting new people! I alawys love reading about wear your traveling next!

Hi Girls!

This may just be a quick checkin. Im getting ready to go for a run and DS isn't cooperating and eating his lunch like I had hoped. Kind of thought i would get time to get a little snack for myself and check in but he doesn't appear to be hungry! Ugh!

My brother gave me his P90X series to try yesterday so DH and I are planning on starting that tomorrow! I am excited about it! Its going to be nice to do something different. I do hate the fact of doing workouts when I don't know whats comming though...kind of scares me a little!

Todays weight 124.6. The last time I weighed I was 126.3 but I am pretty sure that I weighed more then that earlier in the week. Not only that but I remember having this problem last month and TTOM is comming. I think when that finally starts I will feel less bloated.

Ameila** My mom and I went shopping the other day and there was alot of salad dressings marked down to $1 and they aren't outdated until Dec. I stocked up on some of them. They were all creamy dressings though, the 70 cal range ones....but if I only use 1 tbsp whats the dif? Its not as if I am coating my salad in dressing.Hopefully your sister will adjust more when the baby isn't such a baby:) When she starts to smile,coo and sleep through the night your sister may fall completely in love if she hasn't already.

O.k...I have to get ready. It still looks like it could rain but the st's are pretty dry.

Hi, gals!

Just finished my WarpSpeed weight/HIIT workout for this morning. Deadlifts from the floor were the centerpiece for today. Yikes! Then pushup/jacknives, squats, lunges, pullups, and 6x 30 second all out intervals on the spinning bike. Yikes! Sure glad I got the equipment for STS or this would be a real pain. Still holding out to weigh in until Monday a.m.

Amelia, let us know what you decide for that workout. A step circuit sounds nice. The press conference went great! I have a very happy client. That one was just here in Salt Lake. All the first round of follow up press has been positive, thank heavens. My next trip is NY and BOS on May 30-Jun 2. The weekend will be fun (DH and 2 of my grown sons) and then 3 days of press tour with a great client. I'll have to somehow manage 2 of my WSWL weight workouts from the road or figure out suitable substitutions. Except for that, I should be able to stay fully on program. It'll be in week 3/4 by that time, so that helps, and I am planning 2 rounds in this cycle.

Lori, glad the weigh in is going the right direction for you. Yep, TOM can be killer. I'm with you on the creamy dressings. On this program, I can have them but I'm just very careful to keep any dressing to less than 1T - but with this many intervals and heavy weights and 1150-1200 calories to work with, that's okay.

Belinda, what will you do today? Hurray for weekend, eh?

Today is DH's b-day. We're going to go see Iron Man and then out to dinner tonight. Can't wait! No kids today. Amazing.

Yesterday I never got my second workout in! I was too burned out! Not sure what is going on with me, but this last week I am too burned out to follow my workouts!

I am getting ready to do my cardio! Not sure which one yet?

Sorry, for beeing so short! I hope I will feel better and more awake after I work out!

Hey girls

I decided on HSC ,it was the first time i did it and wow thats a tough workout! I got as far as the fourth circuit then called it quits! Whats with all the leg presses:+? I got in about 50mins worth...it was nice seeing Cathe agian;-)

Cheryl-Wow,your a busy gal;-)! Does your job ever require out of country trips? I bet if you packed some dyan bands or something like that you could get a good burn! I LOVE working with bands! Great workout!

Lori-LOL,i sometimes do the 1 tbs of salad dressing too and i will
also put some water in it and toss the salad.

Belinda-What cardio you doing? Have fun!

Hey Ladies:)

Done with my workout. I ran for about 70 mins or so. I think I was running pretty fast to, it certainly felt like it. But now I am pooped, I got a bath instead of a shower and now I am thinking that it may not have been a good idea. A bath certainly doesn't bring ya to life!

Cheryl** Its nice sometimes to have a taster dressing. Everything in small portions.I can see why its not a good idea when people use 4-5 tbsp but one measly one is nothing~! Good workout today and enjoy tonight with DH!

Belinda** I bet your tired b/c you have been doing so much and a little stressed! Don't be to hard on yourself, we all have days like that!

Oh...baby is home...have to go!
