Just finished my WarpSpeed weight/HIIT workout for this morning. Deadlifts from the floor were the centerpiece for today. Yikes! Then pushup/jacknives, squats, lunges, pullups, and 6x 30 second all out intervals on the spinning bike. Yikes! Sure glad I got the equipment for STS or this would be a real pain. Still holding out to weigh in until Monday a.m.
Amelia, let us know what you decide for that workout. A step circuit sounds nice. The press conference went great! I have a very happy client. That one was just here in Salt Lake. All the first round of follow up press has been positive, thank heavens. My next trip is NY and BOS on May 30-Jun 2. The weekend will be fun (DH and 2 of my grown sons) and then 3 days of press tour with a great client. I'll have to somehow manage 2 of my WSWL weight workouts from the road or figure out suitable substitutions. Except for that, I should be able to stay fully on program. It'll be in week 3/4 by that time, so that helps, and I am planning 2 rounds in this cycle.
Lori, glad the weigh in is going the right direction for you. Yep, TOM can be killer. I'm with you on the creamy dressings. On this program, I can have them but I'm just very careful to keep any dressing to less than 1T - but with this many intervals and heavy weights and 1150-1200 calories to work with, that's okay.
Belinda, what will you do today? Hurray for weekend, eh?

Today is DH's b-day. We're going to go see Iron Man and then out to dinner tonight. Can't wait! No kids today. Amazing.
