Morning ladies!
Belinda: I hope the vertigo goes away soon. I still don't know who won yesterday at the super bowl. I don't really care. But DH sure does. Enjoy your rest week. Are you thinking at all about the NJ RT for this year or are you too busy?
Iris: Nice shoes! You have to find nice polish for your toes as well. Want to do lunch this week? So you might slum it at the NJ RT after all ? We'll have to keep working on ya because I want to meet everyone as well!
Melissa: I started STS already, but I'm taking it easy on the cardio part. I am so tired lately from work and everything else I want to make sure to enjoy it. I upped my weights a little bit from last time too which is nice. Thanks for mentioning my tracking sheet, I had forgotten about it and it's about time I use it. LOL. I can't believe the head biotch called. oh the irony.......
Lori: Nice workout indeed. Always love to see what you put together. Too funny how you have relax time to check in when you work on the weekends. Must be quiet around there too! Not surprised about your working out partners bailing on you. But they really have to understand that your time is precious. Good for you on pushing them to get an answer. I mean seriously, what do people think?
Kristin: It sound like your DH and mine are brothers. Great helper, wonderful guy, still gets under my skin really well once in a while. Started STS myself. Man those push-ups. I knew there were a lot and yet on doing it again I couldn't believe how many. Just three more discs with push-ups.
Cookie: No sledding this week. Went roller skating. Had so much fun. It was DS' first time and he did great. Stubborn little one wanted to do it by himself. Kept falling all over the place but would get back up right away. Fell asleep after one minute in the car on the way home. PS I haven't forgotten that you still haven't given us a date for dinner......
Deb: Sorry you have a funeral today. {{{Hugs}}}. I hope that the super bowl layout didn't tempt you too much. Are you doing any following a rotation or anything lately? I forgot. I'm thinking I'll try to go to the RT and meet everyone. Would be so cool.
Amelia: How are you doing today? I hope you are healthy and ready to grab this week by the horns. I need to on my end

Trish: Push-ups in M1 are my enemy. I am convinced that I might be able to do more of them on my toes if I managed to lose some of that extra weight around my butt

It really is the only thing that is holding me back.
Heidi: Hello.
I think I got everyone. Today I have disc2. Love doing STS again and not having to think of what weight workout to do.
