Morning,

Ive got a cardio plus some upper body/abb weights on tabs today but first i have to take DH to the emergency room,he was outside repairing a fence yesterday and smashed his thumb...he's been in pain all night.

I will catch up with everyone later.

Belinda-Your in my thoughts...hope everything is ok with you....
 
Good Morning!:)

Up a little earlier then I care to be on my day off but thats all I can do about that. I woke DD up to go to school and the next thing I know she is throwing up in my washroom, which ends up waking DS up. She was complaining yesterday that she didnt feel very good. I think am going to have to make an apt with the Dr to get blood work done, just to make sure everything is o.k. This is the first year she has missed alot of school.

We went out for dinner last night and it was pretty good. DS was pretty well behaved but he pooped in his pants on the way home:confused: We almost had 2 accident free days...oh well. What a mess when I got home! I can to take the car seat out of the jeep and what a pain that was! Now I have to try and put it back together! We might not be going anywhere today:) Although DHs truck is there so I can take that if I need to. I just hate backing up in it because its so big!

Ameila** I hope you arent waiting to long at the ER! When you go there, you never know when you will be back out of it.

Trish** Glad to hear you had a better class then the last one! LOL I think I would have been in stitches! I can barely workout with anyone, never mind a room full of people. I did mention to a friend the other night that we should go to kickboxing class on Monday night. I think she was game even though she doesnt workout. So we will see, maybe this Monday night coming we will go. Oh and I blew it last night with the eating! Ugh! Its a good thing Im not trying to lose weight or I wouldnt be very successful! We went out for dinner and brought dessert home with us...I ate waaay to much of it. I think I need to go through my cupboards today and start throwing stuff out:p

Deb** It is hard when our pets leave us but we all know we have to go through it at some point. Its not easy.

So Im not going to even tell you guys what I am thinking about for a workout today...because its a bit ridiculous...so I am just going to do it (maybe) and then report back;) Im just sooo happy that I am off the next 2 days, when DH is gone its so much easier to just stay home, although it hasnt been to bad.

Amelia: Yikes about DH. I hope he didn't do too much damage. :( Keep us posted.

Lori: Can't wait to hear what you workout is. In the beginning of potty training DD, I had her car seat enveloped in a plastic bag and then a big bath towel over the whole thing so that she was still comfy. Don't know if you can do something like that with your seat, it depends on the seat belts.

BBL later for yesterday's personals.

No wo yesterday. It turned into a rest day. I had a work call at 9:30 PM too. Then on Thursday, I have one of those days where I stay until 10:30PM. :confused: So wo and eating this week will be hard. The other thing is DD is making it an official habit of getting up in the middle of the night. 3:15 last night. But I know what she wanted. DS was in my bed. So I brought her in too and she went to sleep. I did my best to get some sleep on the sliver of bed I still had :rolleyes: and making sure she didn't wake up DS. Going to be a long day.........

Today is Disc 6 Legs...and of course the extended stretch. I'm proud to say I haven't skipped out on one of these!

Amelia- Ouch! I'm sorry about your DH...and yeah Lori's right about the wait...I hope it's not an all day affair for you! Did you watch Biggest Loser last night?? I stayed up late after I got home because I just had to see it! I dont know if I like all the drama............I've never watched the show until this year, so I dont know if it's usually like that. But I guess there needs to be some drama in order for it to get ratings!

Lori- Are you nuts? :eek::p There will be no running after CCC, not now, not ever, not even if I turn into Superwoman...LOL I can only imagined what you have planned today! Did you ever get in D7 last night?

Trish- Sounds like a fun class!!! It really makes me want to sign up somewhere now..... And yeah CCC is kinda high impact at times, which the knees can handle a bit more now....but if I find a movement too boring and repetitve it mentally exhausts me, which in turn physically exhausts me......so I just bust through it just to get it done. Lateral jumps get me, and there's 2 other moves in there towards the end that I absolutley have to make myself do, and then one of them, I just repeated another "drill" that I liked in one of the first cycles.

Deb- Yeah I don't go over the step either on 30/30....maybe someday. I just use the floor or if there's a band nearby I'll use that. Hope you have fun at kickbox today! And listen, I wouldn't get serious about "him" if he were the last guy on earth. :rolleyes: In fact, I haven't even seen or heard from him since I was last with him.....which is fine by me!

Hey girls, workout done. Did 4ds LIS, BM2 upper body then PH abbs.

Lori-Did your little boy say 'no potty in the pants' after his accident yesterday?:p. I remember those days. Actually,my little boy still wets the bed and i have to got through all the trouble of cleaning his bed clothes(of course thats not like cleaning up poop:confused:)...how was your workout?

Iris-Nice job with your workout,love those stretches. Right now the only Sara Ivanhoe yoga workout that i have is Yoga makeover weight-loss,its only 20mins but really fun(and easier). Yeah,i watched TBL last night...the momma and daughter team have some issues(IMO) i didn't hear Jillian accuse the daughter of anything? I was also kinda frustrated with the man on the white team always standing around. but you never really know what really happens behind the scene's in those shows:rolleyes: Are you watching the Bachelor? This is my first season watching it and its all about the drama too...

Helened-I hope your day is a good one, maybe you can get in a nap.

DH is still asleep, i gave up on taking him to the ER. I went back there twice and reminded him that i was waiting...said the hell with it after that and started my workout:cool: guess he isn't in that much pain after all :rolleyes:

Morning Ladies,

I had a restless night's sleep last night. This has been happening for the past week or so, and I figured it was my body readjusting to the time change. Hhhmm, not so sure anymore. I did a short wo this morning - 4DS:Chest & Back (no cardio). There is a core class at the gym after work today and I'm thinking about going to that, but I forgot to bring a t-shirt:mad: I have an appt with the dietitian @ 11:30 so I will try to find a cheap t then.

Belinda - Hope all is well with you...

Amelia - Poor DH!!! I don't know how he made it through the night with that! Hope nothing's broken...but I guess he's dealing with it?? Nice wo today;)

Lori - Poop in the pants...brings back memories! So, what'd you have for dinner last night? More importantly, what was dessert???;) I have to cut back until the scale is back to normal. I'm scared to hear about what you're going to do in your wo!! I'm sure it is something I would NEVER dare:eek:

Helene - 9:30PM scheduled call??...remind me, what kind of work do you do again? Hope you get a wo in.

Iris - CCC sounds like a killer! I chimed in on a thread on Suggestions For Cathe's Next Videos/DVDs forum asking for a high intensity, low impact series. I hope she's listening! Have fun with D6. I need to decide on a leg wo for this week and was thinking about STS...just can't remember the ones I liked the best;)

Amelia: LOL, you go girl. Get your wo in. You're right, he can't be in that much pain!

Trish: I'm in research, but some of the people I work with are on the other side of the world. With the time difference, it can be a royal pain. I have one of those weeks once a month. And DD getting up a 3AM every single night is not helping. STS legs: Meso 2 legs are great. trisets get you going and they are short wos too. Love them!

Lori: So, did you redefine Insanity today? Can't wait to see what your wo was!

Iris: I really would like to know what "he" says about you to his friends. I wonder if it's just as funny as the portrait you have painted for us (in a good way of course). If you keep the chase going, he might stick around longer than you want ;) Good job with STS. Never did a single one of those extended stretches :eek:

OK, back to work. I just have to make it to Friday...... Hoping to get a short wo in tonight. One step moves or a Hiit, they are so short and sweet that it is wonderful at this time for me!
 
Hi Girls!

Just getting a minute to check in before dinner and of course Im not cooking b/c its just the 3 of us. DD wants Subway, so subway it is:)

I had a interesting and good workout today. I did 2.5 miles on the TM, 40/20, 2.5 miles on the TM, 30/30 and then disc 7:D and I don't think I have yawned all day:p

Ameila** Oddly enough DS wakes up with a dry pamper! I think he will be trained in the night time before he is fully trained in the day time. I guess I will have to invest in those plasric underwear you put over cotton underwear when its time:confused: Kids should come with switches:) I would have given up on DH as well!

Helene** I never thought about putting something under him, but then again, the seat probably needed to be washed anyway. It wasn't as hard to put back together as I thought it was gonna be. Work sucks doesn't it!?;) DS is making it a habit of coming in my room as well. It was 1:30 last night when he decided to join me. I thought it was later. He went right to sleep though and he is quit cuddly!

Iris** Oh...your a big baby! You said you were gonna try one mile after CCC! You didn't even do that? Its a good thing I don't live closer!:rolleyes: I have to try the circuit workout yet. They may be tomorrows workout.

Trish** I had a wrap..and fries:eek: ( I never eat fries) and then we had caramel apple chimi cheesecakes. Its like little wraps (deep fried probably) with cream cheese, apple and caramel in the middle. Soooo good!!!! Hope you sleep better tonight!

I really hope everything is o.k with Belinda!

Hi girls,

Finally getting a chance to check-in:) Needed to make younger DS an appointment for Dr. he has pink eye. It's weird I don't have to take him to the Dr. anymore he can drive, but I have to make his appointment and go get his prescription:confused:

I took a spin class today and did Disc 7.

Amelia - I tried to watch biggest loser after American Idol but ended up falling asleep during the weigh ins:eek: it seemed to take a long time.

Lori - That dessert sounds so good. I was wondering what your workout would be and yes we think your crazy . . . you probably burnt enough calories today for the rest of the week:)

Helene - Sounds like your really busy at work. I never answered you ? about Gofit wear it actually gives a pretty good step count when I spin it's weight training that doesn't calculate right. I guess because your in one spot:confused:

Iris - I hope you enjoyed legs today. Actually you have the right attitude with "him". I'm like Helene never did the extended stretch . . . and I need it:eek:

Trish - I always wanted to go to a dietitian but never did. How did it go?

Cookie - How are you?

Hi girls,

In case you didn't see Belinda passed her stress test with flying colors. Now they are taking test on her lungs. Her DH said she is can't wait to get out so you can start doing STS again:D
