Commit to get Fit & Lean January 2016 - 2026

Hi,

Today I did D6 W2 D6 Legs plus Pilates. I also did live zoom dancing.

I feel much better today, I guess I needed that sleep. Is anyone using a CPAP Machine? I did a sleep study in April, they recommended one. Not happy with the customer service. When I googled them for reviews, their reviews are not good. They had the wrong phone number. Not sure who they been trying to call for the last 3 weeks? I am also not happy with the sleep study place, they expect me to chase down medical equipment. I am not the one that recommended the CPAP supplier. I am not impressed with either right now. Sorry for venting.

Hi,

Forgot to hit send yesterday.

Yesterday was a walking in NYC & core work. We went to a play in NYC "Maybe Happy Ending" it was a Christmas present. I really enjoyed it.

Today was a full body at the gym. We took my Mom out for Mother’s Day.

Belinda - Great job with D6 W2 D6 Legs + Pilates & zoom dancing. Your sleeping really gave you lots of energy for workouts! It's seems like your participation in the RP UPenn study is working out great. I have never used a CPAP machine. I heard they have improved but it sounds like the customer service isn't the greatest.

I did a live zoom Pilates on the Mat this evening.

Debbie - I hope you had a great day. No worries. I can’t tell you how many times I forgot to hit the enter button, lol. Maybe I need to get a 2nd option on the CPAP machine. Thanks.

Today we went to dinner with my younger ds, dil & gs. It was quick but nice. I took a rest day.

Belinda - Great job with zoom Pilates on the Mat. I hope you had a great day too. My father's wife told me they make the CPAP machines much smaller & less nosier.

STS M1 W3 D7 CSB is done. I also did Pilates Support and Align Your Spine.

Debbie - glad you had a great Mother’s Day yesterday. DD is in Turkey and DS is in TX. I still ended up having a great day. DD made me breakfast and dinner. We took a drive in the mountains near by. Actually we never left our town, lol. There is so much to see and do. When we came home I still had enough time to get Pilates in. Your fathers wife does she have a CPAP machine ?

Today was a walk outside. The weather was really nice.

Belinda - Great job with STS M1 W3 D7 CSB & Pilates. It's surprising how much you can do in your town. It sounds like you had a wonderful day:) My father's wife has a CPAP machine. She had an older model that was very noisy & big. She said she now has a smaller one that is not as noisy.

Debbie - great job on your walk outside. It’s a little chilly here. Could you ask your father’s wife next time you see her which CPAP she is using? That’s great it’s smaller and not as noisy.

Today was Perfect Pump lower body & a walk outside.

Belinda - Great job with 2 Live zoom dance classes & Pilates shoulder. I will ask my father's wife. I wonder where Cookie is too, hopefully everything is alright.
