Today I did zoom yoga. I went to breakfast at a new place in town, with 2 of my SILs. It was really good, they even had a fireplace. We will go back in a couple of weeks when my other SIL comes for a visit.
Belinda - Great getting in a belly dance workout. I see Virginia is getting a lot of snow this year. Are you getting as much since it is so close?
Cookie - Great job with Functional Lower Body. We have been getting an inch or two every couple of days along with ice & rain. Your right just a mess not enjoyable.

Today was Cathe Pyramid LB & walk at the gym. It snowed and the sun came out in the late afternoon briefly.
Belinda - Great job with JS TB strong. Wow, I can't believe it's been 2 years you have been doing belly dancing. Congratulations to exploring a move up.
Cookie - Nice getting in lots of steps. We are going out tomorrow night since it is our normal night out. I was thinking today why didn't we just go out on Thursday night. You planned ahead

Evening,
I saw the doctor today, my eyes are fine. No retinal detachment. He ran a lot of test, images to make sure everything was fine. He dilated my eyes. He said I the tear film is breaking up which causes the floaters/black spots I am having. Which he said is normal. I have a lot of build up from dry eyes/and all the eye drops I am taking daily since I had surgery. You have to take a few different drops a few times a day to prevent inflammation in your eyes. Good news, I have 20/20 in my left eye. My right eye improved to 20/40 to 20/25. It’s improving! My right eye was always my worst eye. I was pretty blind in that eye. It’s still weird not wearing glasses. No workout for me today.

I did another dance workout today. I forgot to mention, my doctor cleared me from all restrictions. Yeah! I am debating starting STS 2 next week or keep going with JS.

Today was a rest day. We babysat for a couple of hours, which was fun. We were lucky not much snow, mostly rain, hopefully it won't ice up.

Today I did week 2 Month 3 of JS rotation. I did a TB workout plus SBF quick upper body and back strengthen workout. Meeting up with DD and DIL.
Debbie - nicely done with your walk at the gym yesterday. It’s very windy here, we also got snow this morning. I can’t wait for this winter to be over.

Debbie - we had a great time with DD/DIL. We went out to dinner at a Tai restaurant. So much food, I had leftovers for lunch today. They also had robot bring out the food. waiter was taking the food from the robot and put it on our table. So cool. That was the first time I saw a restaurant using a robot.

Hi,
Today was a walk at the gym & zoom yoga. I still on the lookout for ice melt/salt. I will look again tomorrow. We were able to get a really good airfare for FL so I booked for next week. Some more of our furniture is in too.
Belinda - Great job with JS UB & SBF Mat. I enjoyed stretching today too. DH usually goes about an hour before me to the gym. I'm usually there at the end of his workout. This winter I have been meeting him to walk on the treadmills.

Well, my belly dance instructor changed platform. When I took a live class, I could ask her questions about my form. The new platform she can’t even see anyone online or we can ask question When she chanced to the new platform she didn’t tell anyone. I am not ever happy how she is running the zoom classes. It’s not easy to belly dance virtual without any form pointers or anyone checking to see if I am doing them correctly.
