Howdy girls,

Checking in from the train 8). I slept in. No workout to report. My knee needs the break. I iced it last night and will do the same tonight. I'm really hoping to do BM2 tomorrow but that might not be smart. Anyway, I hope workout manager will really be available today. Looking forward to checking that out.

Bent Over Barbell Rows
- 55#/15 reps - 2 sets - Warmup
Bent Over Barbell Rows - 85#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Bent Over Barbell Rows - 51#/25 reps, up 1#


T-Bar Rows - 55#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 10#
T-Bar Rows - 33#/25 reps, up 6#

One Arm Rows - 40#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
One Arm Rows - 23#/25 reps, up 3 #

BICEPS:
Barbell Curls - 70#/6 reps - 1 set, went up 5#, I had to lower the weight, way to heavy.
Barbell Curls - 67#/6 reps - 2 sets, up 2 #
Barbell Curls - 42#/25 rep, up 3#

Incline Dumbbell Curls - 25's/6 reps - 2 sets, up 2#
Incline Dumbbell Curls - 15's/25 reps, same as last week!

Barbell Preacher Curls - 55#/6 reps - 3 set, up 5#
Barbell Preacher Curls - 33#/25 reps, up 3#

Belinda-Oh man, we had some bad storms come through here and it was summer like humidity outside, crazy Georgia weather:confused: Its suppose to be cooler today though, in the lower 70's. You seemed to be really enjoying your rotation! Good job on your heavy weights.

Hello to everyone that follows.

Did I tell you guys that I was taking a recovery week this week? I can't remember? :confused:
I've got a long walk scheduled for today, sometime. My DS woke up with a temperature so I'm hoping it breaks soon, if not its off to the doctors office we go....

I do have some good news. I had an interview yesterday and my orientation starts today in the early afternoon. It was through a temporary service (the one I told you guys a few weeks ago about) The job is full time (4/10hr days) and i haven't worked full time in over 10yrs:eek: wish me luck. Im hoping to start tomorrow or next week.:)

Had an awesome sleep last night. Its 9 a.m and DS is still asleep! Gives me a little time to myself:)

I got a little stressed out yesterday....and I hardly ever get stressed unless the teenager who lives here does it to me. I finished writing all of my exams which is awesome...have that DONE. But now I have to start studying for the final exam. In the meantime I really wanted to get all those body parts, muscles,bones,medical terms (not so much) in my head. While I was learning medical terms I was thinking "do I really need to know this" My friend who is a nurse doesn't even know half of it. I'm not diagnosing people. I kinda breezed through that part. I sent an email off to the school asking if the final was online or written. They informed me that it was written and they would tell me of the location when the time comes. I wanted to throw up! I mean, it makes total sense! Why would they let someone do a open book multiple choice exam? So now I REALLY REALLY need to know all of these things inside out. I am not sure why I was so stressed. I have months to complete it. Its not as if they said " DEC 1 is your exam date". I have 15m to finish the course and its only been since May. I was just really hoping to have it done and behind me before Christmas. Everyone knows how busy Christmas time is...where will I find the time? I think what was stressing me out the most was trying to get all of this in my brain and not forgetting what I learned the month prior. Its not like I can take a week and dig my heals in...I have work, a family, house work....lots of crap that needs to get done. So the wheels of me opening a business as stopped for now. I can't let anything else occupy my mind! I am going to start in but ideally after Christmas when the weather sucks, there are no gatherings and life is slow would be the time to really study. Maybe I should set a date for Feb 1st!

Iris** I am sorry now that I made fun of you for being stressed out! LOL Imagine throwing kids, a DH and a demanding job into the mix? Ugh! I can do it...just need to focus! Did you learn all of those medical terms and how the body works? It seems to be a very intense course I choose! What was I thinking? I should have choosen one of the 3m courses from another website! LOL

Trish** Yes...take care of those knees! Mine have been acting up lately...I wonder why:rolleyes: Hopefully you can still tackle a circuit tomorrow!

Helene** My friend informed me that her aunt is NOT good with food! I haven't heard from her since I laid the law down and told her that she had to do her share. Maybe I scared her away! LOL If that's what she is looking for its useless to work with her anyway. My friend on the other hand as crazy dedication. If she wants something she is gonna do it BUT when she falls off the wagon, she goes head first and its a disaster! Im sure she must have about 4 different sizes in her closet.

Ameila** That's awesome news!! Im so excited for you! You will do great! Did you eating get back on track yesterday????? I find that when I don't workout, my eating is worse!

Alright...cleaning here I come! DS is still asleep! Its 9:30!

Cardio Coach volume 4 done. It started raining so i had to jump on the treadmill.

Lori-Eating going pretty good, i started back to logging everything monday. Have fun cleaning!

Belinda-Thanks, thankgoodness there was no damage here.

I'm back! I actually had the energy to get on here tonight, lol. I finished PLB about 20 minutes ago. I love this workout b/c no matter how many times I do it, I get major DOMS from it, lol.

Lori- you can do anything you put your mind to. If you can run a marathon, you have the will-power to succeed in anything, lol. :D:D

Amelia- AWESOME!! CONGRATS!!!! I am very happy for you. so will you be temping? I think that is a cool gig because you get to do different things and you won't get bored with the same thing over an dover again.

Belinda- love the B & G abs. Awesome workout today. You rock! 85# for barbell rows? Holy MOSES!
