Workout is done:p My shoulders are fried! Have also DOMS in my legs.

Good Morning Ladies!

Geeeez I been so MIA! :( Lots going on I guess? I've been getting up later and later so check in time has been limited, especially now that I log all workouts and foods for CSF.....
I did drive down to NJ on Sunday to meet Kristin, and we took Cathe's Monday morning Boot Camp. :D Soooo much fun! That class kicked my a$$.

Today is Chest/Tri's, and some kinda cardio, might pull out LIC.

Belinda- Still on same rotation?

Lori- I saw your pics on fb....what a beautiful family!! Your DS is absolutely adorable.

Helene- How's your back??

Cookie- What's on your agenda this weekend?

Amelia- So....no drama yet???? I just don't believe it! lol And I understood your post about when you'll do your workouts. ;)

Trish- How's STS going??

Melissa- How many days left at the hole??? lol

Kristin- Hope things are ok with you, I see that you have a lot going on.

Good Morning,

Had a flight in the wee hours of the morning so I got to sleep in a little. Sleeping in in this situation isn't a great one, more of survival mode;) I still didn't get enough sleep. Just pray that I don't get another flight tonight. I also have a workout session tomorrow morning at 6:30 so that would go down the tubes if I get a flight tonight. Anyway...enough of my whining.

I didn't get to checkin at work yesterday, there were to many people around. My workout was about 45 mins long I suppose. I did 20 mins on the TM and 4DSBC. Im not sure what I will do today but Im not rushing into work.

Belinda** Nice workout as usual! Did you order the new dvds?

Iris** You have been a busy girl! We are living the same kind of lives lately!! Madness! Thanks for the compliments!

Ameila** One way to look at your bill is if you weren't working...atleast you have the $ to pay for it instead if it coming out of DH's cheque, right? We are getting our carpets cleaned on friday and although I am looking forward to it, its another bill.

Melissa** Have a good trip...unless your going to your grandfathers funeral! Im not sure where your going!

Helene** Hope you get your presentation stufff ready...sounds like fun!

Trish** Glad to hear you are getting your workouts in. I am expecting Parent teacher meetings very soon!

Kristin** Hope things calm down for you soon!

O.k...DH is waiting for his computer! Now I have to go get DD's! I think I need my own!

Afternoon ladies,

Had a great wo this morning although I ran short on time and ended up missing my train and had to drive to work:confused:. Oh well, the sacrifices we must make for a good wo! I did iClimb9 + iClimb6 + Stretchmax with the band. I burned a little over 600 cals on this one;)

Belinda - Nice job on your wo! I have some pretty good bootie DOMs going on myself!

Iris - Welcome back!! How are you liking CSF? Is it as tough as Cathe or tougher? Still going strong with STS. Looks like I might actually finish the darn thing! Oh, I finally got around to making oatmeal in my slow cooker...I'm so hooked!

Lori - Ok, all this talk about your beautiful pics has me wanting to get in to facebook. Unfortnately, something is up with my account. I can't log in:confused:, but I'm going to start working on it.

Standing Lateral Raise - 16's/12 reps - 3 sets, up 1 #


Arnold Press - 25's/12 reps - 4 sets, up 5#

Barbell Upright Rows - 57#/12 reps - 4 sets, up 1#

Standing Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 18's/12 reps - 4 sets, up 2#

TRAPS:
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 45's/25 reps - 4sets


Iris - I am glad you and Kirstin enjoyed Cathe's BC class. Enjoy your workouts today.

Lori - great job, with your workouts. I ordered the new DVD's + downloads! You did too, right?
