) anyways, my stinkin HRM only got 32mins of the workout in, i must have accidentally paused it while doing those pushups...btw- i can do the first 16 on my toes

Im off to get in the shower, catch up on laundry then get some grocery's for the week. Im getting back on track with my eating. The last three days haven't been great.
