Hi everyone. Well, it's Monday, blah. Just kidding, but not really ;). So yoga was really awesome. I didn't think I would love it, but I did. i thought it was a great, relaxing workout. I really did feel a release when I was done. I am thinking of joining a class around here if I can find one.

Not sure if today will be a rest day or a leg day. It really depends on the day, lol.

Melissa- I am so sorry you are going through all this. (((((HUGS)))))). Hang in there and just take it one day at a time, one moment at a time. If foul play is involved, the truth has a way of coming out. This lady has to be looking quite suspicious to the authorities if she has a pattern of being a widow. Hang in there.

Morning all,

Well I am laying at home and taking pain medication for my back. :( I hope it doesn't last too long. Hopefully I can still get some of my work done too.

Belinda: Did you pre-order? What are your plans when you are done with week 8 ?

Kristin: Happy Monday....LOL Glad you enjoyed Yoga. I need to do more. It's the only thing that works for me back.

Melissa: :( I'll keep you in my prayer and I hope that this week brings some closure for you. I am really sorry about all you are going through. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts. Good luck with everything.

Good morning girls,

I just finished submitting a bunch of computer work:) I totally forgot to visit one of my big stores:confused: I rearranged my schedule so I'm off in a few. I put some chicken breasts in the crockpot with some bbq sauce not sure how it will come out but it's about all I had time for:)

Yesterday I did Physique 57 (30min w/o) today after work I'm going to either go on the TM or do a Turbo Jam.

Amelia - Happy Belated Birthday!!! I hope you enjoyed the day, the tacos sound yummy:)

Belinda - Hope your sinuses are better.

Kristin - There seems to be so many yoga studios popping up. I love yoga just don't do enough of it.

Lori - That is a long time they give you to take the test. Is it a pass/fail grade? I think I would take it ASAP so you don't forget anything,

Trish - Too funny about wanting to go back to work. I always think about all the things I could do if I stayed home but when I am home it doesn't happen:confused: Sounds like you have some fun vacation time planned.

Iris - Where are you??? Since you gave up the "D's" you are even more busy:)

Cookie - Did the girls run you around all weekend? Imagine all the free time you will have when DD is driving:)

Morning ladies,

Doggone it!!! Just lost my post. Totally my fault though. For some stupid reason I hit the undo button and everything vanished. Wouldn't even let me do a "re-do". Anyways, this morning's wo was D19 Chest, Shoulders & Biceps. My mind was groggy through most of it so I hope I wasn't too off target with my weight selection. Brunch yesterday was fun. I started off with branzino (ate half) + steamed spinach, then came dessert and it all went downhill fast! I had a 5-nut brownie with ice cream and caramel frosting. I hoped it would be this tiny little thing, but it was HUGE....and I ate it all:confused:!! My girlfriend even tried to pull it away from me, but I gave her the look of death and she slid it back my way. LOL!! Ok, it wasn't that dramatic, but I really did eat the whole thing. Needless to say, I will be trying to work off the extra, say 1500-2000 cals in that dessert!

Belinda - WTG on that rotation! Can't wait to hear your finally tally on your results!

Kristin - Glad you enjoyed yoga! It's always fun adding a new workout to the arsenal. I'm trying to talk myself into returning to the gym (across from my job) for a Friday pilates class that was kick butt! One of these days, I guess.

Helene - Are the meds helping at all with your back? You are too funny...thinking about getting a workout in while you're laid out on your back! Reminds me of someone...hhhmm, Belinda! Feel better. Oh, and the girls had a break from swimming this weekend. Fingers crossed that Saturday will be an easier day for Amaya.

Melissa - How are you feeling today? Sending you (((((Big Hugs))))).

Deb - I was regretting wanting to go back to work when the alarm went off at 3:30 this morning! Did you get out and enjoy the weather this weekend? We didn't do anything special, but the girls had a ball in the backyard.

Amelia - You haven't checked in so I'm guessing this is a work day. I don't have your schedule down yet.

Hey girls, i just finished power hour..man i forgot how intense that workout is. I was shaking. I didn't do the lunges because of my calf muscle (or is it calve? I thought a calf was a baby cow:confused::p) anyways, my stinkin HRM only got 32mins of the workout in, i must have accidentally paused it while doing those pushups...btw- i can do the first 16 on my toes:D yay.

Im off to get in the shower, catch up on laundry then get some grocery's for the week. Im getting back on track with my eating. The last three days haven't been great.

Trish-Im home today, thankgoodness. I work tuesday - friday:) Awe man, that dessert sounds soooooo good girl, i think i would have giving the look of death as well. LOL Awesome job on your workout!!

Debbie-your supper sounds delish, I plan on using the crock pot this week too. Maybe some chicken or something (lol, no clue...just toss it all in and see what happens:confused:) I made a slow cooker roast w/veggies last week that turned out good. Turbo jam sounds fun..i may try one this week after work. Have a great workout!

Helene-Oh no, so sorry to hear your having pain in your back. Thats got to be the worst pain there is. I hope your meds have kicked in by now. Sending you hugs my friend.

Just finished up STS Disc 16 & Imax 3 step only premix. I might do abs before bed (fingers crossed!).
