Morning,
Belinda: I hope you are already feeling better by the time you read this. It would be so fun to have video of yourself with the event. Fun stuff. I hope you enjoyed today, rest day or otherwise.
Amelia: Look at it this way, sometimes what you want to see on these test is improvement. You will likely have another one later on and you might have great improvement by then. Maybe you can practice at home with thing in the kitchen cupboards? How is the hamstring?
Lori: Remember that a baby is a wonderful thing. That is the most important. I think you just don't know what happened and it might be best not to wonder. I know, easy to say

but there might be a very simple explanation (#2 friend getting sick in front of #1 friend, or one being too pushy while the other didn't want to share?). Who knows. But I think that if you are good friends with her, let her tell you on her own terms. Try to look at it as a fun secret you know rather than something aggravating? Now, when you find out, do let us know because I want to know what happened
Melissa: I am so sorry that so much is happening around you right now. You certainly have our support. How long was your grandpa married? I hope that this all gets sorted out for the better. Have you considered quitting earlier? I know that the money might be hard, but I think you might need a break, mental physical/whole body before you dive in to your studies. Don't know if you can, but I think if you can swing it it would be good. You work environment is just so detrimental to your well being.

OK anyways, more {{{hugs}}}.
Got home after 11 last night so that wasn't too bad. Worked my chest and triceps this morning. I was running out of juice a bit. Time to go to work and get some rest

I'll try to do 40/20 when I get home.
Hi to everyone else, TGIF!!!!
