I did leg and ran on the TM! My legs are like rubber:D I will be back later to post my workout.

I finally have a morning to sit with my computer and my coffee!!!:D DS was suppose to have his speech apt today but she just called and canceled! I am a little happy about this b/c now our day doesn't consist of rushing around.

I will probably take this morning to go through some of work school material, laundry and a workout. I have someone coming for a workout after lunch and I have to go to someone elses house after dinner.

Belinda** Happy B-day to DH! Tell him I said he looks younger every year! hehe! Nice workout today...btw!

I am going to try and read the last few threads...might be tough with this manic around me!:confused:

Iris** I can only imagine what Jan 1st will mean for you. I would love to be finished my course and be able to sell myself but that's not gonna happen. I am busy enough right now anyway. Oh....your gonna be stressed!:p

Helene** I think I would have logged off that TC after 1 hr...or they would have heard me snoring;) Do they just talk about work or is ever anything non work related??

Melissa** Ugh! I feel for you. My work drives me crazy but its nothing compared to your work! Everyone there sounds like a real piece of work. My manager was getting mad with my coworker yesterday b/c he still isn't doing his work right. He is a nice guy but the furthest thing from smart!

Deb** My plans yesterday was work and more work!:p Today isn't so bad. I get to enjoy the comforts of home!!! I love days where I get to stay home!!!

Kristin** I am guessing you have the cold as well? Stupid stuff!! My nose wasn't stuffed yesterday and today it is.......atleast my throat doesn't feel like sand paper anymore.

I think that's it.....for yesterday's thread anyway. If I went back any further I wouldn't remember what people wrote!

Morning all,

Just a quick post. Have to go to work again already....
Did Back and biceps yesterday followed by step blast. My body still feels pleasantly drained ;) 711 calories that was. :eek:
I think I am going to start working out in the evenings. It helps keep the food in check and I can't get up in the morning anymore with the night meetings.
So tonight I've got legs and I'll have to come up with some kind of short cardio premix. Might go for 4DS kickbox.

Morning ladies!!

I was super stressed from work yesterday and I had a ginormous migraine so I didn't workout as planned. I also ate REALLY bad stuff...not a good combination. I've come to the conclusion that my job is literally killing me, health-wise and emotion-wise, so every time I think this school thing is a bad idea I think of how much happier/healthier I will be after it's all said and done. Just have to stay positive :)

This morning I FINALLY did HIIT Pyramid and STS Disc 16, woohoo!!!! I want to get a squat rack that can hold the barbell so that next round I can do chest presses with the barbell instead of dumbells. Does anyone have something like that that I can take apart easily so it doesn't take up too much room? The cheaper the better!

Kristin, isn't it so different doing curls with the barbell? The 1st time I did ME with a BB I really felt it! I hope you get STS for Christmas too! It is such an awesome series. You will love it!!

Amelia, the problem is everyone here is full of it so they all feed off each other's BS ;) In our meeting yesterday my mgr told me "Just a heads up: I want to give you more responsibilities in 2011." For s#!ts & giggles I asked would I get paid more and of course the answer was no so that is now 5 job titles for less pay than when I started 3 years ago. WHATEVER!! Good thing 2011 is only 2 weeks long for meeeeee :D

Belinda, oh no you have a sinus infection too? Hope you feel better!! And you go girl for doing legs and getting a run in on the same day!! You will be my inspiration to throw some cardio in on my STS legs day Fri ;)

Lori, sounds like the business is picking up! How do you like training so far? I'm thinking about picking it up again PT when I go to school...it's between that and bartending...and of course the liquor job hehe :) Not sure what I will do yet.

Helene, awesome job on the WO yesterday! I love Step Blast!! Haha, I always alternate between doing evening workouts and morning workouts because I can't make up my mind which I like better. Last week was an evening week but this week I will have to force myself to get up since it's TOM and I'm likely to be lazy when I get home from work ;)

Good morning girls,

I just put dinner in the crockpot & will be running out the door. This time of year I have to review different instructions on the computer in the AM because there is so much "new" merchandise for the holiday.

I'm going to do BBL High & Tight tonight while my pasta cooks:) I had a cheeseburger last night at the pub so need to do extra walking at work today:eek: We brought the kids home sliders last night and they loved them . . . I guess sliders are the hot item.

Belinda - Happy Birthday to DH. Looks like after that workout you'll be able to cheat at lunch today:)

Lori - Are you still planning to do PT full-time?

Helene - Kudos on the calorie burn last night:) I still can't decide which is better w/o's in the AM or PM.

Melissa - I think you'll be so much healthier when you leave the hole:) Would love to see her face when you give notice:p

Krisitin - I hope you get STS for Christmas, it will keep you very busy for a long time. Some of the w/o's are shorter too.

Amelia - Those are great days to have off:)

Afternoon ladies,

Happy Hump Day!! Sigh, looking forward to this week being over. Funny thing is, I've been in training (remotely from home), but I being home is not all its cracked up to be. I love sleeping late and fitting in extra workouts but, there is someone popping in and out of the house all the time. I guess it is a trade off for not having a commute. My workouts this week have been great. I got in 65 min on the elliptical yesterday (752 cals!) + ab work. Today was D17 Legs + Extended stretch. I'm hoping to get another hour in on the ellitpical tomorrow. The big shocker is that I haven't been pigging out. Still loads of halloween candy hanging around, but I've bypassed it so far.

Belinda How was lunch with DH? How sweet of him to take you out on HIS birthday! Awesome workout!

Lori - Wow, you are really doing a lot of sessions! Are you getting your sleep in? I guess so, with all you've got going on! ^5s on making it happen!

Melissa - School is a great idea! As a matter of fact, I would love to go back, not sure for what I'd study, but I always enjoyed school. Stay positive - even if you weren't going to school, it would be a great idea to get out of that place! Oh, and I think you asked me before if I were using a squat rack in M3 - I am. It's not one that you can put away and store - actually, I don't think I've ever seen one of those.

Helene - You would think with those late night meetings they would offer some flexibility with the time you have to be in the next day. Sheesh! Nice wo last night! I think you will be my inspiration for adding in some cardio with my back/bicep work on Friday, too! Btw, Amaya is 8YO. We have had a few conversations since her swim lesson and I think she gets that the teacher is trying to move her to the next level (I told her that Olivia will be graduating soon and I would love for them to go together.) Plus, mom is NOT going to sit on the bench and let her drown!! She will get a break this Saturday because we have a conflict, but I hope she will be ready the following Saturday.

Deb - What's for dinner?? I made a chicken stew over the weekend. Love the crockpot!! I haven't even checked the weather! I'll have to check it out.

Evening all. Just finished AS. That one always gives me a sweat and I love than it is under an hour. I am off tomorrow, but I plan on waking up early to grade papers before my little wise guys get up.

Trish- awesome job on the elliptical. I miss mine, it broke over a year ago. :(

Deb- I love my crockpot. Now that I am back to work and have to cook when I get home, I love using it. It makes life so much easier.

I guess I'll be putting myself to the test once I get STS ;)

Melissa- just keep telling yourself, every day your there you have one less day to go ;). Doing ME biceps with the BB gave me such a burn, yowza!

Helene- hope you enjoy your workout.

Lori- my cold is finally getting better, although I am still coughing from time to time and my voice isn't 100%.
