Good Morning:)

I am typing this on the computer with the missing keys...so this will probably be shorter then normal.

We had a nice evening away. I cant say weekend b/c it wasn't that long. We left Sat morning, did some shopping, met friends for dinner, went to a hockey game,went clubbing and then to another restaurant:confused: I was still full from dinner, there was no way I was eating again and everytime I tu:confused:ned around someone was buying me a drink. Sooooo.....of course yesterday morning I laced up my sneakers and went to the gym in the hotel. Made me feel a little better.

We bought alot of things for our trip, DH more then myself. AND we found a lulu:p He said "Im coming in to, your not going in there unsupervised" LOL...There wasn't a big selection b/c the store was held in a pilates studio. But Im sure I could have easily spent more if "you know who" wasn't looking over my shoulder. I grabbed a pair of shorts and I didn't know what else to get, so I bought another hoodie:eek: He said " you didn't even hesitate, you just threw it on the counter" I said "you don't think I wasn't eyeing that one on the website?":D If I had more time though I should have gotten another pair of pants or looked further for another pair of shorts and a tank top. I was to rushed b/c we were behind sched.

So I think today's workout is gonna be chest, abs and a run. I need to be at work at a certain time. And I don't have anyone to train today. Tomorrow I have to train at 7.....I may move that up a little b/c I have to work.

I will try to come back later and catch up on personals!

Good Morning Ladies

I'm now gertting into the habit of saving my workouts for the gym after I see my "early" client. Early meaning 9:00 a.m.. She's usually the only one I have that early, and it's getting too much to get up soooo early just to go in for a half hour session and get my entire workout in before that! SO, I'll do Back/Biceps and a run at the gym today.
Yesterday morning met my guy friend for functional, and then we went for a run outside....omg I froze my a** off, but let me tell you, some fresh air is just what I needed! I had so much energy all day yesterday.....:D Unfortunately, I'm still nervous as hell about DC today.....*sigh*

Belinda- lmao@ you and getting your abs in....too funny!

Lori- Girl, imagine if we got out shopping together! :eek::eek: So, are you going to tan or anything before you go on vacation to get base?

Deb- You hit the nail on the head....he puts a lot on me....:( wtg on finishing M2!! You're doing the 3 month, right?

Helene- Sure sounds like you're breaking up with me! LOL! I'll email you ;)

Cookie- I don't know Patrick Goudeau..hmmm....is he cute?lol

Trish- Sounds like you had a great weekend!! You did 2 discs from STS?? :eek: Yeah...lately there's been a lot of tension...:( Some of it's work....mostly what Deb said, plus the personality difference on top of it....I'm sure it will all work out. It always does...lol

Morning ladies,

I woke up this morning with good energy which surprised me since I ended up going to bed a little later than I had planned. I did D23 legs and I have pretty good DOMs in most of my UB:)

Belinda - That ab work is so tough to squeeze in sometimes isn't it? I'm determined to work my abs at least 2 days this week.

Deb - Sounds like your weekend was restful as well. ^5 on completing M2 and having a nice break this week. I'm thinking to take an easy week next week myself.

Lori - ^5 on the lulu score! One of these days I will get the courage to go into the mall on a saturday so I can try some on:) Enjoy your wo!

Iris - Glad to hear your wo helped put you in a good mood yesterday:) Try not to be nervous about DC. Maybe it's time for a sit down to talk about his and your expectations. Work tension is the pits:(.

Hi ladies! Sorry I have been MIA this weekend; it was super busy!

Today I did STS Disc 19, core from C&W, and I ran/walked 3.5 miles. A few friends and I are doing the Warrior Dash in August and I need to start training for it. I'm not a runner so it took me 40 min to do 3.5 miles :confused: Must work on that! My friend is like "I'm not gonna run. It doesn't matter to me if I don't place" but I am ultra competitive so I will be that person who needs to place lol!

Lori, sounds like you had a busy/fun weekend too! LOL @ your lulu shopping. I love it!

Belinda, great job on the WO! Ooh what did you get when you went shopping? Anything good??

Iris, yeah it is cold out there! I went out today in a heavy sweatshirt and capris and I was freezing. Def not proper running gear, but it did feel good to be outside and get some fresh air. Sorry to hear about DC :( Good luck today!

Trish, great job on the DOMS! Are you sleeping better?

Deb, great job on M2!! I had a few tastings and was pretty much out of commission yesterday; didn't get in from the club until 5:30AM Sunday morning :eek: so I slept until noon, did my workout, had to go to the library and the store, and cooked dinner for the family. Basically 1 night of clubbing killed my whole Sunday, but it was worth it cuz we had so much fun!

Hey Girls,

Late night check in. I was kept going at work pretty much all day. Of course I did take the time to run home and pick up my AE package! The skirts fit, thank goodness. I ordered them in a 2 and I was afraid that they were gonna be to small but I actually have a bit of room in them.They sit nicely on the hips. I think I am good for clothes on our trip now:p

Today's workout was GS chest and shoulders, 4DSKB abs, then I ran for 20, bike for 10 and 4DSKB. My chest is already feeling the pain. When we were out with our friends the other night, our guy friend said " I think its disgusting that Lori has the biggest biceps at the table":p Im kinda hoping he was disgusted in himself! LOL

Belinda** Nice workout. I am guessing you are doing the rotation again?

Iris** I sent you an email on FB today...had a couple of questions for ya! I already started tanning. Probably a little to early really. I haven't been since last Fri so I need to get one in tomorrow or Wed for sure!

Trish** I know I have a problem. I am soon gonna have to stop talking about my purchases! LOL

Melissa** I never thought I was competitive until I started racing. I use to bet pretty much everyone I knew but then I lost some speed. I was beat by the same girl in two different races! But now I am BACK! My reg speed now is my racing speed last year...which is good b/c now my racing speed will be even faster! I just hope that she didn't get faster! LOL

K..off to bed I go. I have a flight tomorrow morning at 7:20 so I may check in from work bright and early. Then I am gonna come home and get my workout in after my flight.

Hi girls,

I couldn't get a bike for spin today arrived exactly at 9:30AM too late:( I ended up going to the ellipitcal and did CC#4, it was nice to do CC again haven't in awhile.

Belinda - I kept forgetting to do abs :eek: kudos!

Lori - Looks like your ready for your trip:) So do you think your guy friend will want to take PT with you?

Iris - Crossing my fingers that everything worked out with DC for you.

Trish - Happy to hear your energy is back . . . even with this cold weather:)

Melissa - You still accomplished a lot on Sunday . . . I would have milked it;)

Helene - I felt a twinge in my back after picking up 3 cases of water:confused: not even at once. Hope your feeling better.
