Good Morning Girls,

Quick check in for me. I am up early to get my workout in before we leave for the city. If I can get some abs in and a run, I will be ok.

Deb** Free anything is good! And free coffee is the best;) I wish I was to young for playdates!:D Just the fact that you think I am is enough for me!:eek:

Helene** I am sick of the snow here as well. It snowed all day yesterday and even though it didn't look like we got alot, we did. Oh well, little under 3 weeks and I will have sand between my toes.

So we are taking DD with us and leaving DS home with my SIL. I hope he behaves and wants to stay there. Whenever he goes over to play he says "I go home now". I think he would be ok with the sleepover if we didn't live right next door!

Ok...I may bb tomorrow!

Morning Lori: I didn't know that you were taking DD win you. I bet she is excited! So you got me counting. 5 weeks to vacation.

I have no wo planned today as my back is still really sore. I'll try to go for a long walk and see how it does. Maybe some swimming.

Belinda: when do you live for Italy? I grew up about 10 miles from the border and we used to go shopping there all the time with my mom when I was little. So much fun :). Enjoy your cardio!
 
Hi everyone. I got in my workout last night, but I didn't get a chance to go online afterwards to post it. I did D30, STB. I was able to do the concentration curls with a 20# DB, which is something I never thought I would be able to do. My workout card called for 19#, but with my 15# and weighted glove, it was only 17#, so I decided to give the 20 a try and I did it :D.

Today will be some kind of cardio and ab work.

Belinda- You've enver done plyo legs? It's pretty tough, but I like how it is a combination of strength and plyo, which like I said before, makes it feel like cardio too. I sweat a lot during the workouts. I still like the trisets better though.

Lori- When are you going away again. I am counting do myself, 20 days to go. The boys are so excited to be going to Disney. I am excited to go in a pool, lol. Warm sunshine will be coming our way soon ;)

Trish- The stomach bug is never fun. i think DS got it froma kid in school who was sick last week, which means it might take a while for someone else here to get it, playing the waiting game.

Helene- swimming might be good for your back. Is it muscle soreness or something else?

Iris- How are you feeling? Getting your energy back?

I will be back later to catch up on personals and report my workout.
