Hi everyone. I got in my workout last night, but I didn't get a chance to go online afterwards to post it. I did D30, STB. I was able to do the concentration curls with a 20# DB, which is something I never thought I would be able to do. My workout card called for 19#, but with my 15# and weighted glove, it was only 17#, so I decided to give the 20 a try and I did it

Today will be some kind of cardio and ab work.
Belinda- You've enver done plyo legs? It's pretty tough, but I like how it is a combination of strength and plyo, which like I said before, makes it feel like cardio too. I sweat a lot during the workouts. I still like the trisets better though.
Lori- When are you going away again. I am counting do myself, 20 days to go. The boys are so excited to be going to Disney. I am excited to go in a pool, lol. Warm sunshine will be coming our way soon
Trish- The stomach bug is never fun. i think DS got it froma kid in school who was sick last week, which means it might take a while for someone else here to get it, playing the waiting game.
Helene- swimming might be good for your back. Is it muscle soreness or something else?
Iris- How are you feeling? Getting your energy back?
