Morning ladies,
I feel horrible with my check-ins. Please forgive me. I'm checking in more on MFP. Anyone else want to join us there? It's fun.
Belinda: Good job with your workouts. Exciting the RT is coming up. It is going to be so much fun. Awesome on the house!
Melissa: You are a machine with your workouts. You certainly don't seem sick getting these workouts in.
Kristin: I had to laugh because just reading your post when DH came back you sounded so giddy. It was really cute. So, what do you think we badger Cathe for an Imax4 at the RT?

I'm ready for one.
Cookie: How is the IT band? Can't believe I'll see you at the RT. It's been ages. I hope you feel well by then.
Deb: How is your MIL doing? How was dinner at the "shore" ?
Iris: Pissed about DI. I think we can recycle that letter. What do you think? I have to say, DG has some staying power. LOL. I understand your situation. I still hope you will come and crash.
Trish: So, I got to ask...... I hear you get sore when you first start spinning. Good job with your forum check-ins!
Amelia: How is you MIL lately? You sound a bit tired with all you have to do lately. Are your work hours a little bit more regular (at least no more early mornings or late nights?).
Lori: Waves and hugs. Hope you're lurking.
Still doing CLX. Burn circuit 3 yesterday. I'm not stepping on the scale anymore until the end of August.

I'm obsessing way too much and I'm too exhausted to torture myself. I'll just try to enjoy the summer, my workouts and be careful about my eats which I will continue to count.
You guys are worrying me about driving down to the RT. How much time do you think I am going to need from Albany NY. Is the traffic bad on midday a Friday? For you NJ people, (or Iris who has done the trip) help!
RT veterans: Seriously? 8 workout outfits?! I don't own that many pants that fit
Off to do a little cardio. Have a great Sunday!
