Good morning,

Last night I did PP! It was a nice short, full body workout, just right.

Today will be a rest day for me. I been working out 8 day's straight, need a break.

I will be back later. Enjoy your weekend everyone.

Back with personals:

Iris - are you doing the STS rotation? Sorry, about DI. his loss. I am happy to hear you are coming to the RT. Can't wait to meet you and the rest of the gang;)

Amelia - never watched True Blood. Good for you knocking out S90 UB yesterday.

Kirstin - glad your husband is back. Nice job with your STS workouts.I was thinking on arriving on Thursday for the RT.Nice weights, yesterday. You are doing great.

Debbie - not sure, if we come in the RV to the RT? How was your workout yesterday?

Melissa - sending you lots of healing vibes. You need to relax, not workout, girl. Good job, anyway!

Trish - you need to give spinning another try, it's so much fun. I miss it. The contract was signed a few weeks ago, at that point eveything became offically. The coffically closing date (which the buyers bank set) is July 27, Can you point me to the MFher rotation, looks interresting,

Hallo Lori, Helene and Cookie! Hope you all doing well and have a wonderful weekend.

Enjoy your weekend, everyone. DH and I will go to DC (to the mall) today. I will be back this evening.

Morning ladies,

I feel horrible with my check-ins. Please forgive me. I'm checking in more on MFP. Anyone else want to join us there? It's fun.

Belinda: Good job with your workouts. Exciting the RT is coming up. It is going to be so much fun. Awesome on the house!

Melissa: You are a machine with your workouts. You certainly don't seem sick getting these workouts in.

Kristin: I had to laugh because just reading your post when DH came back you sounded so giddy. It was really cute. So, what do you think we badger Cathe for an Imax4 at the RT? ;) I'm ready for one.

Cookie: How is the IT band? Can't believe I'll see you at the RT. It's been ages. I hope you feel well by then.

Deb: How is your MIL doing? How was dinner at the "shore" ? ;)

Iris: Pissed about DI. I think we can recycle that letter. What do you think? I have to say, DG has some staying power. LOL. I understand your situation. I still hope you will come and crash.

Trish: So, I got to ask...... I hear you get sore when you first start spinning. Good job with your forum check-ins!

Amelia: How is you MIL lately? You sound a bit tired with all you have to do lately. Are your work hours a little bit more regular (at least no more early mornings or late nights?).

Lori: Waves and hugs. Hope you're lurking.

Still doing CLX. Burn circuit 3 yesterday. I'm not stepping on the scale anymore until the end of August. I'm obsessing way too much and I'm too exhausted to torture myself. I'll just try to enjoy the summer, my workouts and be careful about my eats which I will continue to count.

You guys are worrying me about driving down to the RT. How much time do you think I am going to need from Albany NY. Is the traffic bad on midday a Friday? For you NJ people, (or Iris who has done the trip) help!

RT veterans: Seriously? 8 workout outfits?! I don't own that many pants that fit

Off to do a little cardio. Have a great Sunday!

Morning everyone! TOday is going to be a rest day for me I think. . . well, maybe, lol. Our friends are coming over for a bbq and to go swimming. It should be fun.

Helene- It says you need the 8 workout outfits for the 8 workouts. I thought that was a bit much, but you do sweat and then you have time in between classes, so you don't want to wear the sweaty smelly clothes for the next session, because you will be in them for a bit. I bought a lot of my workout clothes for the RT at Old Navy last year. Believe it or not, they have some nice workout clothes and it is not to expensive if you time it right, lol. The midday traffic for me was on the NJ TP. DH thinks the traffic was so heavy because a lot of people go to the Jersey Shore for the weekend. I don't know, but it was insane for me last year. A trip that should have taken 3 hours max took more than 5 and I was so worried I was going to miss the bus, lol.

Belinda- I am so thrilled with how much heavier I can go this time around. I love STS! I am going to do Meso 2 all over again after the RT, and then in Sept do M3 for one month. Then maybe I will take an STS break and get the HR and STS TB along with the newer workouts and then start STS again in January. I just love the results and the feeling that every time I am doing a new workout.

BBL,
Kristin

Morning,

Im tired today, woke up tired and the coffee hasn't helped yet. Just kinda fed up with working all the time and not seeing my kids a lot. :( I posted in my blog about something else thats bothering me about work, blah.

Today is suppose to be S90 Cardio Challenge but I highly doubt it will be done since I have to be at work in a few hours.

Helene-MIL is doing ok, she will be coming over Monday - Wednesday of this week and next week until FIL can retire in August. I tried to tell FIL thats it just too busy around here but I guess he doesn't have anyone else to watch her while he works.
You sound like you have a great plan with the scale...i admit that I have been peaking at mine a lot lately since I don't count calories anymore.

Belinda-Enjoy your rest day, wonder women:)

Hello to everyone. Have a great Sunday

Good morning girls! Woke up with a fever today and my head feels like a bowling ball  Uggghhh...we were supposed to go on the boat with my dad today too. Of course I feel bad now that I had to cancel but I would be a miserable mess if I went! I think I tried jumping back into everything WAY too soon after I was sick last week and now it's kicking my a$$. Today's agenda is rest rest and more REST! I yelled at DA too because he wanted to come over to "take care of me." I'm like "Dude, I'm SICK!! I just want to rest" and he's like "but I want to see you" and I went on a rant. Seriously??? Let me sleep!!! OI

Belinda, I love PP. The premixes on that DVD are awesome too! Wow, working out 8 days in a row?! You go girl!

Helene, I don't know what it is; when I'm sitting down, I feel like crap but I don't mind working out  I'm a freakin weirdo. I would give myself an extra 2 hrs to get to the RT. Like Kristin said, last year there was SO much traffic on the turnpike, it was ridiculous! They were doing stupid road work (welcome to Jersey!). I can't remember how many workout outfits I brought last year. Target has great pants too and they are inexpensive. Baby wipes DEFINITELY help because the showers get packed. It sounds gross but that first night you might not get a chance to shower before dinner.

Kristin, now I am dreading that drive down to Jersey lol! I was afraid I would miss the bus too. At least this year we know where the gym is so worst case we can drive to it. We should all exchange cell #s in case something comes up. Have fun at the bbq today!

Amelia, wow your work schedule is crazy. I hope it calms down for you.
