Good morning ladies,

My legs are so sore today from Friday's leg wo & CCPP! My plan today is get a good stretch in, a ab workout plus D10 (CSB). Let's see how much I get done,lol:eek:

D10 is done! I also did AC " Stability ball abs" 20 min and the extended stretch from STS! Felt good to stretch my sore muscles:D

I will be back later for personals, off to the shower and eat some lunch;)

Cookie: Sorry about DS. Hope the girls were able to distract you. This rotation plus work and fam is leaving me wiped! Shred was OK. It's NOT 30 day shred, it's her newer shred it with weights DVD. I'm low on energy lately and it was perfect. Level got still got me started and I tacked on SM after it.

Melissa: Nice job on getting your wo in. Congrats on being on a roll with homework classes and working out! You go girl! Hope the weather doesn't suck this week.

Hello to everyone else. I hope the week starts out great for everyone.

Feeling a gentle soreness in my lower back this morning. Maybe from Kettlebells yesterday? Anyways. Probably just going to go to the gym for elliptical at lunch. I think it will be a nice break.

Now what I have to figure out is if I should continue with the Jan rotation which leaves my very tired, or if I should start STS a little early? Votes?

Helene-Sending you energy, sorry to hear your wiped. I didn't know Jillian came out with a new workout? I was just at walmart yesteday and saw her latest fitness equipment. Pretty impressive and not too expensive either.

Belinda-Nice job on your workout this morning! How are your sinuses lately? They staying clear for you?

Just finished BM2. I dunno, I just can't do that one on 2 risers :confused: I'm feeling some DOMS coming on in my upper body! Now it's off to the dentist and attacking a nice stack of homework :eek:

Belinda, great WO! A stretch sounds awesome right about now. Maybe I will do a Stretch Max segment when I'm done with everything today.

Helene, how much do you have left of the Jan rotation? It is leaving me wiped too! I can't for it to be finished and then I will start STS. I say stick it out because when you're done you can look back and say "yeah I kicked that rotation's ass!" ;)

Amelia, enjoy your rest day if you decide to take it!

Ended up doing LIC. I am midway through the third week of the Jan rotation. LIC was nice and easy, enjoyed myself doing it.

OK Melissa, I'll finish it out with you. But I am really looking forward to starting STS again!

Wonder if the snow will dump on us or not this time around.....

Melissa - I do BM2 with only 2 risers, lol! Nice job, today. Did you do SM?

Amelia - did you end up taking a rest day today? If so, I hope you enjoyed it! Thanks for asking, my sinus are doing great. Knock on wood! LOL!
