Cookie: Sorry about DS. Hope the girls were able to distract you. This rotation plus work and fam is leaving me wiped! Shred was OK. It's NOT 30 day shred, it's her newer shred it with weights DVD. I'm low on energy lately and it was perfect. Level got still got me started and I tacked on SM after it.
Melissa: Nice job on getting your wo in. Congrats on being on a roll with homework classes and working out! You go girl! Hope the weather doesn't suck this week.

Feeling a gentle soreness in my lower back this morning. Maybe from Kettlebells yesterday? Anyways. Probably just going to go to the gym for elliptical at lunch. I think it will be a nice break.
Now what I have to figure out is if I should continue with the Jan rotation which leaves my very tired, or if I should start STS a little early? Votes?
