Deb: I've heard about the Dukan. My neighbor lost quite a bit of weight with it. She then stopped claiming it was enough. She still has a ways to go and maybe just got sick of it. It's a bit low carb taken to the extremes (only meat for like 5 days at the start, then you add some leafy greens and such). You can't workout eating like that. And to me it's just not appealing. It's another gimmicky one in my mind that will work for a while. Woa, what happened at Wildwood?

Hello to everyone that comes later. I'm going to go and do 30 minutes of ...... something. Not sure what. :p

I've been in lurker mode these last few days:eek:

The last two days have been rest days. Today will be 4ds KB along with Legs, then I have to work later. But first Im thinking about starting the day off with a nice dog walk...i think she needs it more than I do:p

Hello ladies. No workout yesterday. It was not a planned rest day. I woke up feeling a bit weird, with body aches and I did not think anything of it. We went to the outlets to go clothes shopping for Nikolas and when I came home I was exhausted. Turns out I had a fever. . . Must have gotten it from Christopher. I stayed in bed the rest of the day. I feel better today so I am thinking HR.

Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend. I've been trying to get the girls all set for school and fall activities and have been running from dental appts, to eye exams to dance studios. I'll be happy once everything finally starts...I think :) Finally got on the scale for the first time since vacay...up 4lbs which wasn't really a surprise. I came up with a rotation this weekend (see below) and I hope it will help kick those pounds to the curb!! I started yesterday with the Gauntlet from terminator and today was CC8.

Rotation:
S Total Body Circuit
M Cardio
T Lower Body (mod-heavy wgt)
W Upper Body (mod-heavy wgt)
TH Cardio
F Total Body Circuit
S Rest/Pilates/Yoga

Belinda - Sorry you are still suffering with your sinuses:confused:. Have you connected with a US doctor since moving? Had a look at your Cardio Quick Fix yesterday. Will definitely try that when short on time or as an add-on!

Helene - How is the break from calorie counting? You should get a good break on vacay..it's a waste of time when you are eating out so much. P.S. a 30 minute commute sounds like a dream to me!! LOL :) Is this your last week of CLX? 4 more days til vacay!!

Amelia - Nice way to start the day. I would love a dog, but can't imagine adding anything else to my plate! Nice job on your wos this AM!!

Kristin - Glad you're feeling better! Enjoy HR...I listened to it on my walk to work this morning:p..I really need to download some music!! LOL!

Iris - Hope training is going well!

Cookie - Hope all is well on your end. Haven't seen you in a while, but maybe we are taking turns on being MIA and not synching up:D.

Helene - yes, I will work my abs today, lol! So, what did you end up doing?

Kirstin - glad you feeling much better today. Enjoy HR today.

Irish- maybe it's just water weigth? Your rotation looks great. I can't take the credit for the Cardio Quick Fix, it's on the org. STS rotation. One thing is for sure, it will kick your a$$. DH was timing me, he said it's one crazy workout:p I was dripping in sweat. Will definatley do it more often.

I know, some of you are my MFP. I was checking out the susess stories. OMG! That's all I can say:) There is a thread going around about Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, a lot of ladies gotten some amazing results from that workout. I got it, but never done it before. What do you guys think about 30 Day Shred?
I may, add into my STS rotation? They only 30 min long....:eek:

LOL! Trust me...it ain't water weight:eek: I ate way too much junk to believe that, but I'm ready to pay the piper:D Aaahhh, Quick Fix looked a little familiar but wasn't sure if it was a post from OD or somewhere.

I think I have 30-day Shred at home...if not, I know it is on netflix. 30 min sounds very :cool:!!
 
Well tried to do SM this afternoon and got very dizzy. I spoke too soon. The fever is back :( hopefully I will be better tomorrow.

Did Amy Bento's KB2 this morning. Don't know why I received a second copy of it. Can't wait for Cathe's new ones.

Today I did STS Kickbox. I'm hoping this hurricane Irene holds off till after my vacation:eek:

Belinda - I have 30 day shred but haven't tried it yet, so you can be the guinea pig:)

Helene - Wildwood, NJ has had 2 big ride accidents this year on the boardwalk. The reason I was asking about Dukan is because they said it is the French people's secret;)

Amelia - It's great to have a dog to get some extra exercise in:)

Trish - Looks like a great rotation. When I do HR I think about you and the music, now I really listen.

Kristin - Take it easy . . . hope you feel better tomorrow.

Cookie - I thought maybe you hit the lottery & extended your vacation:p I received an extra copy to, I think there was a glitch in the 1st one.

Melissa - I hope you had a good time.

Lori - How much do you have left before you finish the course?

Iris - Looks like they may settle the strike.
