Good morning! This morning's WO was a toughie: 4DS bi's, tri's, shoulders, and core, then Imax 3 intervals 6-10 and Jillian Michael's kickboxing (which was only 20 min but worked up a good sweat). Now I don't feel too guilty for taking 3 days off while I'm away 
Amelia, nice WO yesterday and nice finds on the shopping trip! We're going to Wildwood, NJ until Sunday. Cape May is right there so we're gonna do that during the day cuz I hear the beaches are nicer, and we'll hit Wildwood at night since it has more of a nightlife. DA booked a B&B; I've never stayed in one of those before. I was paranoid about sharing a bathroom or not having towels and when DA asked the owner she was laughing at me What can I say, I'm not very cultured
Belinda, wow 2 mos!!! That is crazy. Awesome news about them accepting the offer though!!
Trish, did you say KM isn't enough heart pumping?! WOW woman, you are strong! That one kills me, esp the blasts. I have to do those first or else I die! School is over for the summer but fall semester starts on the 29th I thought I had at least until after Labor Day. Oh well!
Deb, you poor thing, having to listen to the Bieb...he irritates me lol! Is Wildwood Crest the same as Wildwood? I have no clue what's around there since I've never been. I'm excited though!
Oh I can't believe I forgot to share this!!! So Monday night I had dinner with my friend who still works at the hole. She NEVER complains about work but this time she said if she didn't have kids, she would have walked out. Apparently it got a billion times worse. Still no pay cut money back, they've been working til 6:30 every night (no OT since it's salary), and they are supposed to get out at 1 on Fridays for summer but that hasn't been happening. To compensate, they get to have ONE Friday off between Sept & Oct (of course if they don't take it, they lose that opportunity). Also, the chick who replaced me lasted a week then stopped showing up and she emailed my boss saying she wasn't coming back HAHAHHAHAHAH!!!!!!!! So now no one is doing my job! I love it

Hi girls. Sorry I never posted yesterday. I had no workout to report. The day started out god. I took the boys to the park and we went for a bike ride. Put Chris down for a nap and started working on my lesson plans for September. Then when he woke up we went back outside. He seemed groggy, but I just figured he woke up too early. Right around dinner time I felt his head and he was burning up. He had a 104 fever. This kid with his high fevers. . . he never has a low fever. If he has a fever it is HIGH!!! So we rushed to the ER and they did some tests. Nothing came back positive. Got home around 10:30, ate pizza (I know!) and went to bed. The good news is his fever is down. I am keeping him inside today to rest up.
I plan on doing BM2 in its entirety to make up for no workout yesterday.
Lori- I drank coffee every morning reflux or not. . . you cannot talk to me until I have coffee in the morning. . . just ask my DH,. Glad you are feeling better these days. I think my sister has what you did. She is 8 weeks and cannot keep anything down. The doctor put her on medication as well.
Melissa- your workouts are kicking ass! My eats always start out good, but at some point I go for something bad. DH bought potato chips and all day long on Tuesday I was having an argument with myself over whether or not to just take a few. . . ugh!
Amelia- high 5’s for getting in your workouts. Love Clinique!
Belinda- nice workouts! I think my TOTM is coming and that is why I am struggling with the eats. I dunno! If the bank does not accept the offer, what does that say about the bank? I think it is a done deal! My fingers are crossed!

Girls brought in hundreds of cans every day! It was craziness. The boys wanted to protest, lol. Nikolas has not been watching the LL he is all about the Yankees, lol.
Okay, I will bbl to report on my workout! Hopefully this day will be a little better

Sorry about being MIA, I have a few issues to sort out at work. Been keeping me busy.
Today is a rest day, yesterday was CLX PC2 and Tuesday morning I did my own premix mixing 40/20 and high reps lower body.
Gotta run. FIL just said his goodbyes and DS is crying.

Today I took a spin class. Worked late today so I can take tomorrow off from stores but still have computer work to do.
Belinda - I hope Alesia is ok, sending her good vibes.
Melissa - Wow, we were almost in Wildwood at the same time Wildwood Crest is in between Wildwood & Cape May. Wildwood Crest is dry but not in our room (no bars or restaurants serve alchol). The boardwalk is a great place to people watch, some strange sites.
Kristin - I'm happy Chris is ok, that must have been scary. Too funny about the girls bringing in the cans for Justin . . . did they win?
Helene - Aw, on ds being sad about FIL leaving. Enjoy your rest day.
