Good Morning!
How is everyone? I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. We didn't get home from the relay until 6:30 and I didn't get up until 12:30. The night went pretty well. In order to stay awake, we had to walk around. I was soooo tired when I got home! There were 32 teams and $71,400 raised!
Even though I was lacking in energy yesterday I managed to get out for a run with DS. He didn't want to go b/c I had to take him out of the backyard, where he was playing with kids. My SIL doesn't have a fence around her yard and my BIL was mowing the grass. He didn't offer to watch him until I had him in the stroller but that was o.k. I kind of wanted to take him and test out how tough it was to push him again. I did 11k.
On Fri I tried one of the new workouts I bought at walmart. It was Jari Loves, ripped 1000. It was a pretty good workout, I have to say. I am probably more likely to use it in a circuit with the TM though. The girls in the dvd are in awesome shape. But there is one girl in the back, who appears to be in great shape (and she is) plus she has had 7 kids
but when the camera goes to her when she is doing double arm rows....all I can see is bone and skin. She is sooo thin! There was no muscle in her back at all. It was pretty gross actually. As for the rest of them, they were in wicked shape. Cut to peices. Very inspiring!
Iris** I would imagine the feelings you are having are quit normal. I have to buckle down with the studying. I did some last night and I think I may do a little bit this a.m. I also have to work this weekend so I am hoping to get a lot of studying done Sat and Sun. Its easier for me if I read the books all the way through first, then go back and reread and memeorize.
Deb** How was the wedding?? We still can't get spray tans around here.

Cookie** starting threads are easy. Right at the top of the forum there is a icon that says "start new thread" or something along those lines...and a waydago!
Helene** I am sure you will come back with personals at some point in time! LOL
Ameila** Glad to hear you are back on track. I am getting back on track, starting today. It was tough staying up all night, plus we had to eat to keep us awake! LOL Of course I was the one in charge of dessert!
I am going to look for a rotation to do and one that I can add in those new workouts I have coming...just to try them.
So I bought 3 cathe downloads and I am having big trouble downloading them. I get about 30 mins in and then it fails. I am hooked up to the internet b/c I didn't think wireless would be a good choice when downloading...and it still isn't working. I was hoping to do CTX UB today. The 3 workouts I bought, I have on VHS but never get to use them.Any tips???
