Good Morning Ladies
Another easy night last night! Woo Hoo! I bet you I was asleep by 12! I would be hung if my boss knew that! LOL Oh well...what he doesn't know won't hurt him
I didn't get a workout in yesterday. I decided to take somewhat of a rest day. I was up by 10, went to the party, then after that we went to get some flowers for the house, planted them,stained part of the fence,took DD to the mall, made dinner and got ready for work. When I get up from my nap I will be going for a nice long 9 mile run though
Ameila** I know its hard to increase your weight but if you have weights that are like 5 lbs in dif, I would suggest using them for 1/2 of the routine (when you are ready) Like when I did GS chest with 12's and wanted to start using 15lbs, I would do as many reps as I could with the 15's and then go back to the 12's. Just b/c you increase your weight, doesn't mean you have to do the whole set with them. With that being said, its been a while since I have increased LB. I still get DOMS and there is only a certain amount I can lift over my head without killing myself
Cookie** Its funny you should mention this. The other day I was talking to a girl who as finished 2 HM, she told me that she was just getting back into weights b/c she wasn't lifting when she was training for the HM. She said that she couldn't have sore arms and legs when she was trying to run. Personnally, I wouldn't have given it up either but there is probably some truth in what they are saying. Either that or they read the same book or something

As for the kids, DS doesn't really play with anyone. He kind of just wanders around, like the rest of them. Then he threw a fit b/c he couldn't have the bubble maker! Ugh!
