Good Morning Ladies:)

Another easy night last night! Woo Hoo! I bet you I was asleep by 12! I would be hung if my boss knew that! LOL Oh well...what he doesn't know won't hurt him:)

I didn't get a workout in yesterday. I decided to take somewhat of a rest day. I was up by 10, went to the party, then after that we went to get some flowers for the house, planted them,stained part of the fence,took DD to the mall, made dinner and got ready for work. When I get up from my nap I will be going for a nice long 9 mile run though:)

Ameila** I know its hard to increase your weight but if you have weights that are like 5 lbs in dif, I would suggest using them for 1/2 of the routine (when you are ready) Like when I did GS chest with 12's and wanted to start using 15lbs, I would do as many reps as I could with the 15's and then go back to the 12's. Just b/c you increase your weight, doesn't mean you have to do the whole set with them. With that being said, its been a while since I have increased LB. I still get DOMS and there is only a certain amount I can lift over my head without killing myself:)

Cookie** Its funny you should mention this. The other day I was talking to a girl who as finished 2 HM, she told me that she was just getting back into weights b/c she wasn't lifting when she was training for the HM. She said that she couldn't have sore arms and legs when she was trying to run. Personnally, I wouldn't have given it up either but there is probably some truth in what they are saying. Either that or they read the same book or something;) Do whatever you feel is best:)
As for the kids, DS doesn't really play with anyone. He kind of just wanders around, like the rest of them. Then he threw a fit b/c he couldn't have the bubble maker! Ugh!

Belinda** Nice workout yesterday! What are your plans for the day?

Cheryl** You must be so excited about the RT! Take lots of pics! One of these days Im gonna go! I better do it before Cathe retires though:)

Good Morning girls!

We took the kids to the GA Aquarium yesterday and there is two words to describe the experience...Expensive and Crowded x(x(! There should be a limit on how many people they can sell tickets too(and im sure there is,there close to it yesterday)i mean OMG :eek: We won't be going back,it wasn't worth the money:-(. oh, and if i could add the word Frustrating as well;-)!I can't even begin to describe all the crap we went through at that place:+. I got so angry at one point i was shaking and wanted to cry:-(

Today is LIC,i need to work it out with cathe today;-)

Lori-ive got 1 1-4 lb increments i could throw on my dumbells/barbells for upperbody! and i could use the 5lbs increases for my LB,like you said. Yeah, i guess its time to step it up a notch and do some reps with the heavier weights. Enjoy your run today!

Ameila** I hate being crowded, part of the reason why I do my christmas chopping early! And when its crowded alot of people get fustruated and mean! I guess you know where you won't be going again. Maybe b/c it was the hoilday weekend it was so busy?

Well, so far I have had my coffee and shake, Im waiting for that to settle and then we are gonna go for a run. It looks like it may rain though so Im hoping to beat it before it starts!

Quiet bunch today:eek: :) Ive been back from my run for a while. I even have all of my housework done! Phew! Still feels like everything is falling down around me though...to much crap everywhere! When our friend moved in she took up one room plus the closet in the laundry room...so I still have things around and I don't know where to put them.

I did about a 75 mins run today. Decided that my knee was feeling a little funny and I took a bit of a short cut home.
While I was running though, this guy stopped (no clue who he was till he got closer) and it was a cousin of mine whom I hadn't seen in yrs! How weird is that?
THEN DH and I got into a huge fight since he got home. A much needed fight, if that makes sense. We don't argue very much but when we do, look out! Now there is peace and quiet in the house cause no one is talking and DS is gone for a nap.

Anyway...thats my day so far! LOL

Hi everyone! Oops, I thought I posted earlier today. guess not. I read the posts, but thought I'd better go workout before I came back to report.

I'm still loving the Warp results but getting a little burned out on the weight workouts, so today, which called for dumbbell presses and one arm rows, I substituted with PUB doing the ups only and going really heavy. Also got in the PUB abs and then did my cardio intervals on the step. Fun!

Amelia, sorry about the terrible time at the acquarium yesterday. Yuck! I don't blame you for feeling stressed and frustrated about that.

Lori, great run! Terrible about the fight - I just hate to fight - and like you, DH and I rarely, rarely ever do it - but glad that it's done. Whew, now you can move on.

Belinda, what are you doing today? Fun day?
